This is the second time I've come through the drive-thru and my order has been completely wrong. Items are either missing, rung up incorrectly, or I'm handed an entirely different order. Each time, I've had to stop and check every single item before leaving because there's no confidence that the order is accurate. As a customer using the drive-thru for convenience, this defeats the purpose. It turns what should be a quick stop into a stressful process of double-checking everything before pulling away.
