I thought this location was great! Not sure if I'm duplicating the previous reviews all complained about the drive-through window so I simply parked and went inside to order. Nice staff., everybody was working as a team., I got me an order for about eight chicken biscuits for my coworkers at a local restaurant and one of the blueberry biscuits for something sweet and this was painless and very fast service!! If you haven't had the chicken biscuits, these are fantastic ! Great spice the biscuits are buttery, what you expect in a chicken biscuit? Every restaurant in America is having staff issues so look at the reviews and work your way around to the non-complaining part and focus on the food.!! There was a long line in the drive-through and nobody standing inside and I was in and out and six minutes. Happy camper. Highly recommend.!! read more

Don't order food from here. I decided to DoorDash food from here to my house and it took about an hour to arrive (which I was fine with because they take forever anyways whether or not you're in the drive thru or getting it delivered) but when I received my order it was COMPLETELY wrong. The meals and sandwiches I ordered for myself and my family were completely wrong and there was only 1 item in the order they got correct. Don't go here, don't spend money and don't expect good customer service. The drive thru line takes FOREVER and my last straw was spending nearly $30 on food for my entire family only to receive it a hour later and it's wrong. read more

How do you serve a small, hard, dry biscuit at 8 in the morning? Unbelievable. Awful.

I placed an online order for a scheduled time. Upon arriving on time I had to inform them that they actually had an online order and they looked at me as if they had never heard of online ordering before. Of course, they hadn't started my order. Drive-through customers as well as walk-in customers came and left before me, and my order was not begun until they were caught up enough to do it, Meaning, there was no advantage to ordering online. I was then informed they were out of honey packets and handed three drinks, and was told they were out of drink holders. Upon returning home with my order, We discovered the biscuits were not fully cooked and had raw dough in them. I feel ripped off and certainly won't be back. Pathetic lack of management. read more

We came to get bacon egg and cheese biscuit. We saw a cockroach on the floor, the bathrooms smelled of urine, there was no soap or paper towels. It was filthy. So filthy I felt compelled to mention it. I will not be coming back. read more

I believe in giving praise where praise is due. The Bojangles in Winder, Ga. has wonderful employees and great customer service. I was concerned that they would not have the lunch/dinner chicken ready at 11am, only chcken biscuits, so I called last night and spoke with a very nice young lady who told me she would take my order and leave it for the morning crew. I called this morning and spoke with a young man, manager I think, and verified that my order would be ready. Walked in about 10 min. early, told them who we were and the next thing I hear is the manager saying "Mrs. Webb is here, let's finish up her order" and 5 minutes later we walked out with our perfectly prepared and packaged lunch order. This place is terrible. Run by kids who could care less. Sat in drive through for like 10 minutes. No cars in front of me. Finally asked for order. Told out of chicken till tomorrow. I said you could have told me that 10 minutes ago. It's a chicken joint. The kid just laughed and thought it was funny. Skip this location for sure. Prior occasions food was cold and tasted like had been sitting there all day. This location sucks. read more

Strike two against this location. First strike was a couple of weeks ago, when, despite me being emphatic about getting unsweetened tea, instead of sweet tea. Got the sweet tea anyway. Great Bojangles location. They even p-touch identified where straws go, sugar, etc. very organized. This team was obviously proud of the work they do, which means so much to me....I asked to take their picture but the manager informed me it's company policy not to have their photo taken. Used to love this place but they aren't as friendly and polite anymore and lately have been forgetting to put our sides in the bag and had to go and get them. Always ask for condiments and aren't ever in the bag and no napkins. Went from being great to not being my top choice anymore. read more

I love Bojangles and visit every time I go to Georgia. The food is great, but the service is seriously lacking. They are very slow and really unfriendly. But my orders were always correct and the food tasted wonderful. The employees and what I assume was the manager all need to learn what customer service is and be a little more polite. A smile wouldn't hurt either. We don't have to be best friends, but a little courtesy goes a long way. read more

Used to love this place. Last two visits the food was horrible. This time there was way too much salt and Cajun spices on the chicken. It was also over cooked. This location has gone down hill so badly. Maybe corporate needs to send someone out. The dirty rice was extremely dry. read more

This location is usually very accurate with the order. Unfortunately, they do not handle volume very well when it gets busy.

I would give 5 stars because I love Bojangles. However, there has been time and time and time and time again when I am asked to pull up and wait for my order while going through the drive through. It has gotten to the point where my wife an I deliberate on whether or it's worth waiting forever to get our food. read more

Drive in was a little slow moving, but my food was ready. Person at the window was friendly. The food however, was really good and hot. Chicken strips were done just about right. Fries needed to have the oil changed as they tasted like fish was fried first. read more

Clean restaurant with friendly and enthusiastic staff. Had to wait 5-10 minutes but, my food was not sitting under a heat lamp! Got to me hot, fresh and tasty - well worth the wait.
