Marco's is easily one of my favorite pizza places. The fact that it's close to my house doesn't hurt either. The venue itself is not very large so it's mostly a pick-up location. My favorite pizza from there hands down is the BBQ chicken pizza. I don't like onions so I always get it without onions but the flavor is amazing. The chicken is plump and juicy. The bacon adds a really nice, smoky flavor. The BBQ is a nice balance of sweet and tangy. It's just perfect! And the crust is so nice. It's the perfect medium between deep dish and thin crust. It's thick enough where you get a good amount of crust and don't feel like you're bread deprived and thin enough where you don't feel like you eating a loaf of bread. It's wonderful! Anytime I have a taste for BBQ chicken pizza, Marco's is my go to. And the cheese bread is awesome! It's a box full of soft, fluffy, cheesy goodness! I love it! Easily one of the best cheese breads around. The sauces are amazing as well. They have their own brand of sauces and the ranch is simply finger-licking good. It's drinkable by the glass. They'll generally give you a sauce at no extra cost if you ask for it. At one point they offered a rewards card program where you get a punch every time you order a pizza and after 10 punches, you get a free pizza. I'm not sure if they still offer it. Once I tried their pepperoni pizza and I didn't care for it so I just stick to what I know, the BBQ chicken pizza and cheese bread. It's a dynamite combo! Try it and you won't be disappointed. I never even got my order and I paid for it! The employee took my order and told me about 20-25 minutes. I came back 25 minutes later, and she acts confused when I tell her what my order is and then claims that the order isn't in her system, even though she's the one who took my order, confirmed it, and charged my card for the order. She said that "She remembered taking my order, but the phone started ringing." I'm not sure what she meant by that. She told me she could start it now but I told her I couldn't wait another 20 minutes after already waiting 25 minutes and just wanted a refund. She never once apologized. I called back the next day and spoke with the manager who was there that day, she would go silent when I asked questions, but then would ask me questions. She was very confusing and had very poor customer service and communication skills. She didn't seem concerned that the employee the previous day skipped over my order and did everyone else's orders after mine "because the phone rang," excused the employee's behavior because they got busy, and only gave a reluctant "sorry" after I basically told her to apologize. The employee who took my order told me she would speak with her manager about getting my refund, so I assumed she would, she never did though, and the manager acted offended that I thought her employee talked to her about the situation after she said she would. read more

Okay...i literally just ordered from here. Like 30 minutes ago. I've actually taken my medicine for heartburn at 9 AM. I called today as I was sent a coupon for $10.99 for a large pizza plus cheezybread. I called and gave them the code and the expiration date. They asked if it was supposed to be an online offer. I read the letter to them that it was not. They would not honor the coupon and wanted to charge me $30.00 which was a 30% off they said. That was the manager. I told him that was false advertising and I would put a review on the internet. The 'manager' said he didn't care as this was his last day anyway. We went to Marco's after receiving a coupon in the mail. We ordered the Chicken Fresca and some cinnabar squares (I think they were called?). The wait took a while. There's not really a good place to sit and eat there so we took it home. After one piece of pizza we had had enough. I had been excited that there were 4 types of cheese on the pizza. But it just tastes like a typical cheese. The bacon bits were fatty and there were huge chucks of onions. So if you got any onion in your bite it was a whole mouthful of raw onion. So I wouldn't really say it was worth it even with the coupon. Our pizza was mostly flavorless and not anything special. The cinnasquares were okay until we put them in the fridge. Then they became hard blocks of bread with some cinnamon on top. So don't eat them cold. read more

Marco's Pizza is hands down my favorite chain pizzeria, and Ive certainly preferred Marcos over plenty of local pizzerias I've been to in various cities. Decent prices for a fantastic pie. Its traditional American style, and they have classic, thin, deep dish, and NY style. Ive not tried deep dish or NY, but the thin is pretty good. I always get classic crust. If you like pepperoni, be sure to try their Old Wolrd Pepperoni. They have crust toppers, but not as much to choose from as Hungry Howies. If you havent checked them out, i highly recommend that you do. I stop by this location a couple times a month on my way home from work. The young guys working there have always been very friendly, and they make a hell of a pizza. Of note, they have two small tables and chairs, but I wouldnt recommend dining in. The pizza itself seems much fresher/made with more "real" ingredients than the larger chain pizza delivery places, and the toppings are generously applied. Great service. A few years ago,y friend an kd I got pizza from pizza hit next door, and was extremely disappointed (tasted like cardboard). We checked out Marcos seeing if we can make up for the major upset of Pizza Hut. Anthony (or Andrew? The manager that begins with and A). Saw our disgruntled state, and said, "you know what, to turn your night around we'll give you a pizza in the house". He got us out pizza the way we liked it, large pizza with mushroom topping and half pinnacle half jalapeños. He expedited our pizza so it only took 7 minutes, then he decided to give it to us on the house. Just to let you know that the managers awesome customer service skills has made us loyal customers. Best chain pizza anywhere and best overall pizza in the area. I don't know if it's the cheese blend, the sauce or the fresh toppings, but the final product exceeds the sum of its parts.
