I love pizza. I rotate my consumption among several different pizza restaurants as they each bring a unique aspect to their pie. Dominos was the first chain pizza I ever had, so it has a fond place in my heart. They have a reward system where you can earn free food (who does not like free food?!?) and when I ordered recently, I earned a free "emergency" pizza. This is what I used in my last trip to Dominos. As everyone is probably aware, this location is carry out only. My pie was a thin crust with ham and onions. It was ready when promised, and you can follow along on its creation on the app. They do not offer flavored crust, which I do like, but for the price, o think this is a really solid pizza. I live right down the street from them, and I am paralyzed for the last couple years. With teen boys in the house they are like my kitchen and chef! This place rocks harder than AC*DC! Early, late, doesn't matter! These guys knock out the orders and it is done well and right. They don't go skinny on the toppings, either. When I get the carry out pizza for 7.99, 3 toppings load the pizza up! My son has his own creations due to this place! Shoot, I wish my kids would get a job their. They need to learn what it's like to be a caring and satisfying business! Anyways, if you're in the area and need a meal, they got you handled in 15-20 minutes! I used to love this dominos my grandma literally orders it all the time and me also and all my friends so they know how much this house like dominos but there rewards on the app doesn't ever work so I decided to call and of course you can only claim the rewards through the app. Why have a rewards if it's going to glitch and not even word. Or just make it where when it is having its problems let us be able to turn in the rewards through phone call would be much easier. read more

I am adding an update. We live very close to this store, but honestly with delivery that doesn't always matter as there may be other people along the route for the same delivery trip. These guys just delivered me the most hot and fresh pizza I have ever had in my life. These guys are my most favorite Domino's of any I've ever been to. We had on incident other than my previous review that dominos handled phenomenally. We bought a house in the same neighborhood we were renting in. All of the sudden they were refusing to deliver to us unless we paid cash. We came to find out that the previous resident got this address barred for fraud. The manager couldnt really do anything so I emailed dominos asking what we coukd do to get it fixed and the manager said he'd follow up with them too. Corporate reached out to me personally and apologized, explained the situation, and wanted to pay for a whole meal free. I declined and said I just wanted to be able to order hassle free from now on. We've had no problems since. I was so impressed with how they handled the situation. read more

After a year of not ordering Dominos because of this locations inability to deliver food correctly. When you call they always offer to bring you what was missing (after everything else is already cold/warm) or credit your account (you have to call your order in to get. ) Probably alright if you don't like using their mobile app (which is awesome) or are planning on picking up your order. read more

This Domino's is really the best Domino's I've ever had. For one, the store gives out their pizza like you would expect it from Domino's. And second, they're friendly and mannered. Like they're supposed to be. The quality is always up to date and that one time we ordered and they did forgot to put spinach in the bread bowl, they did not hesitate 1 second to redo the bowl and give it to us without any surcharge. I know what you think; "isn't that supposed to happen always?" Yes, it is but unfortunately does not. So big kudos to Domino's for this branch! read more

Waited almost an hour for driver to deliver pizza. No apology, no credit, no offer to do pick up with a credit. Bewaredon't order on line and expect quick delivery poor customer service Well tried them again and last two times it's been very good. My one star rating goes to four stars. Sandwiches great! I LOVE this location. The pizza was amazing, and the stuffed cheese bread is to die for. The food was hot and fresh, and delivery was quick. My order started at 9:02p and the food was here by 9:30p. I'd like to start off by saying that I like the direction you've gone as a company and you make delicious pizzas, up until now I have been a avid customer but today I'm not sure I'll be continuing my business, I ordered a pizza in advance so that I'd have it when friends arrived, the order was placed at 3:58pm and set to be delivered at 6:15, it is now 8:15 and not only have I not received my pizza but when I spoke to the store at 7:05 they said it was out for delivery, now I understand that where I am the weather is kinda dicey but the store (2121 S Grove Rd Ypsilanti MI 48198) has become entirely unresponsive, I have spent the last 20 minutes straight calling the store only to have the phone ring for two minutes straight and then tell me all the circuits are busy, I am now frustratingly hungry and am considering abandoning hope of receiving the pizza I paid for at all and leaving my company to go and get food for us, storm or not the fact that this particular store is refusing to answer their phones to even give me the opportunity to decline my order and request a refund is unacceptable, how can a company boasting their excellency in being the best in pizza delivery fall this short? Would give this place zero star if such an option existed! We ordered stuffed cheese bread with NO Bacon on it using the mobile app. We called to verify that the order says No bacon and the manager confirmed that they won't put any meat on it. Upon picking up the order and returning home, we saw the bread had bacon on it. While we called to complain, the manager was rude and said if we were that specific about things, we should not eat at dominos and that accidents happen. And there is nothing they can do about it. She casually asked us to drive all the way back to the store so she can replace it. If we didn't want to do it, we should really not be making a big deal of it. RUDEST MANAGER EVER! read more

This location isn't very good. I paid for double cheese and only received the regular amount of cheese. Plus, not all of my orders were correct. I've ordered parmisian bread along with a pizza three times from this Dominoes. Dipping sauce is $.50 extra and I ordered that, as well. All three times they've forgot to include my dipping sauce with my delivery. I called tonight to ask them to bring some but I was told they didn't have enough drivers. I paid for it, I tipped my delivery man but they can't send my sauce?
