Went on BOGO Tuesday and expected it to be packed with students but it was fairly empty with only a few non-students sitting at the bar. I'm guessing it's because there are so many other choices in A2...The surroundings feel a little dated but fairly impressed it was very clean. The food was just okay and there was practically nobody there so the ambiance was okay. The service though? Phenomenal. The girl was so so kind to us, offered us refills and to go refills, very fast with our food, gave us some free chicken because it was late, and was just overall very kind. At the Monroe Michigan restaurant with my wife for the first time since about 2014. Leah, our waitress was amazing, and handled what happened pretty well, outside fetching the manager for us. I ordered the beer cheese steak sandwich, which was $12.99, and upgraded the fries to potato wedges for an additional charge, so probably about $14.99 for this plate. What I got were basically two sliders, half of the bun was empty, the beef was greasy and overcooked, and not at all appetizing. I wish I took the picture of the plate and the sandwich next to a dollar bill for size comparison, but the bun was barely larger than a hotdog bun. For $12.99, you can get a foot-long Philly steak and cheese sub at Subway, and probably would've tasted much better. I sent the "sandwich" back to the kitchen, and told them the "sliders" were not worth $3.00, much less the $12.99 they were charging. I took pictures of the sandwich on the menu, which actually looked appetizing and looked as if it contained an amazing amount of steak than what was on these two little dinky sliders. Management never showed up at my table to address my concerns, as if they could care less. I'm disappointed in the visit, and while they could've gotten back a customer that had not been there years, it also appears that they could care less. I and submitted a customer survey about my experience there, but have yet to hear back from BW3. As of now, it seems like they just don't care about the quality, appearance, and portions they are serving to their customers. The depiction of the sandwich is nothing close to what was served. Sorry, you lost a chance to get a customer back. BW3 was a great restaurant 20 and 30 years ago, it seems this restaurant chain has "jumped the shark." read more

I arrived after attending a concert at Hill auditorium so this place was just around the corner. It was 10:25 pm and no one greeted me at the door. The sign said to wait to be seated at the bar or table, so I waited and waited and waited.... I tried to make eye contact with a waitress or the bar tender or someone at the kitchen window, but no one acknowledged me. I was about to leave when the manager finally came over to the wait station. He hastily cleaned a table with a dirty rag and allowed me to seat myself in the booth. I should have left when I had the chance. The waitress seemed exhausted and distracted. The cheeseburger and French fries arrived cold with too much salt. It tasted like food was cooked yesterday and reheated today. Even ketchup could not save this meal. I asked for my bill. It was $12.18 for food I could not eat. The waitress never came back for my credit card, so I ended up paying cash and I had to find my waitress to hand her the money. I will never be back. Bad food and worse service. read more

You need to specially request veggies or ranch/blue cheese with your wings but they are included although both very small. This is a convenient spot for wings in Ann Arbor and hit the spot. My friends and I really enjoyed the traditional lemon pepper and honey bbq wings. It was also my first time having cheese curds at Buffalo Wild Wings and they were really good. The restaurant itself was not that packed but there weren't many workers so it took us a bit to get seated and the food took a while to come out. Our server was very kind and understanding and even let us keep our plate of boneless wings which we got by accident since we actually ordered traditional. (My unofficial official review of the boneless wings is that they were not the greatest) The vibes inside this Buffalo Wild Wings seemed a bit more calm than others I had been to and they also had some arcade machines in the back. Had a great experience eating wings with an old friend. We were looking for a good spot to eat that would be quick and convenient. After debating for a while we decided to grab some wings and meet here. Quickly greeted by our server who grabbed our drinks and returned promptly for our food order. We ordered a small of probably 6-7 diff wing variations. I'm eating less carbs so we opted for the traditional wings. Within about 12 min the wings were ready and at the table. So many flavors of chicken all fried to a nice crisp texture and sauced. I was very happy with the food and for leftovers I had to take home. You can't go wrong with BDUBS. I've been to this location multiple times and I've never had a problem. The restaurant is usually empty if there isn't a Michigan game. The servers are nice and obviously the food is good. My BF and I always get the large boneless wings with a basket of wedges. My favorite sauces are Honey BBQ and Asian Zing and I absolutely loves the wedges (BDUBS wedges are so much better than their fries). This is one of our go-to places if my BF and I can't decided where to eat. read more

I came in with some friends to watch the Michigan/OSU football game and this place is perfect for any sporting event. There are TVs everywhere. I mean...everywhere. If you've been to a BWW location before you'll understand. They also have a large selection of beers on tap and the boneless wings are my favorite menu item. This time, I got a snack size (8 pc) half honey BBQ and half Medium. The only downside to coming on game day is that people camp at their tables. So, if you don't get here early enough you'll wait over an hour for a table like we did. Which normally would be understandable aside from the fact that the hostess told our party upon arrival that the wait would be 30 minutes. I accidentally placed my order at the wrong BWW. I had to go into downtown Ann Arbor to get it during rush hour. When I got there there was absolutely no place to pull my car off the road so that I could run in and get it. I called them and asked if there was anyway somebody could bring it out to me if I stopped in front of the restaurant. They said they would do it!! First of all, I hate the service here. I DREAD coming to BDubs because of the service. The servers are rude and slow. They give an attitude when you ask a question. They walk by you quickly so you can't ask them for anything. I love BDubs' food cause I mean, WINGS, BURGERS, SIDES. Who doesn't like that?! But honestly, slow and terrible service makes me want to come back less and less. My boyfriend and I decided to dine in and we were seated. Another group of people came in about 5 minutes later. The server took their order before ours even though we've been ready for over 5 minutes. We finally got her attention that we were ready to order. After we ordered, I asked for extra lemons and it took for 10 minutes to bring them to me. We also ordered a soft drink which doesn't take longer than 10 min to arrive, but we got it 2 minutes before our food came. It took 15 minutes for the food to come. Are you kidding me?! I'm hungry so I want to sip on my drink. It doesn't take 10+ minutes to get my soda. I finally let it go. I ate my food. Super excited and happy. However, whenever we tried to get her attention, she would ignore us. She would walk by and avoid looking at us. We wanted to get a refill and that took her awhile to get. Honestly, I'm so disappointed on the service. Even after all that terrible service, we gave her a good tip and that's when she was happy and fast with her service. We ordered online yesterday at about 6 pm to eat their wings as dinner at Ann Arbor Summer Festival. I ordered 12 piece boneless wings (and onion rings) with two dipping sauces of my choice. When I opened the boxes there was no sauce for the wings and the wings were actually small pieces of TENDERS. They were very dry, tough to chew, and smelled like old chicken meat. We already had our things set up on the lawn and were very hungry, so I didn't care to go back to the restaurant to complain, but I don't think I'll ever eat here again. read more

Although it's all fried food, nothing was really pleasant. Been here twice, and both times the service and the food wasn't pleasant. After their recent renovation, the bar is much more conducive to conversation, and with more televisions easily within view, Buffalo Wild Wings is now my Sunday game day go to spot! They always seem to have a drink special running - $3 Jameson shots last Sunday. Sadly, frosty mugs are lacking, and their beer is not as cold as similar big name competitors. I've been to this b dubs location multiple times and this is absolutely the worst of them all. Staff is always super rude and unhelpful. You ask any of them, servers included, the simplest question such as "can I have an extra ranch", and they always have a look on their face like you asked them to jump off a cliff. Always ungrateful. Food takes at least 45 minutes, even if you are the only party in the establishment, and even then it's cold and tastes like it's been sitting under a heat lamp for a hour. This is my last straw.
