Called Right Away Heating and Air Conditioning since the last time they were out cleaning my air conditioning unit found out all services they can do. So called Right Away Heating to come out and check the sewer pipe, they scoped it and tried to clean the line but found my pipe broken and backed up. So here we are after just getting all my front yard landscaping all done few weeks ago Henry gives the bad news that were destroying it to dig out to the street to replace out sewer line. So tell me who can be happy about that? But knowing what the guys at Right Away Heating are capable of doing they were my best and only option I'd ever make. With everything he had going on in his day, he had a sense of urgency to stop his day to handle the situation making calls for equipment, product and labor for the work needed. The next day henry and equipment came early, followed by product needed, he had his ducks in a row and was rather impressive. Absolute Mechanical? More like Absolutely no service whatsoever…read more Originally we were dealing with an AC unit and tried going through our home warranty. Don't get me wrong the home warranty is a headache in of itself; they don't get off the hook that easy. However Frank was technician number 4 and he came out to look at the unit. Originally it appeared he did a nice job; quality work, made sure to look thoroughly, etc. The original appointment was on August 10th. Sounds good right? Wrong. Most people would probably think we would hear more information from both Absolute Mechanical and the Home warranty company within a week or 2. Dead silence. After repeatedly hammering both lines of communication (home warranty and Frank, the technician, directly) we have essentially gotten nowhere. All the warranty company can tell me is that "they are waiting on additional information to be sent from the technician" I tried calling Frank and he claims that he's filled out the report and the ball is in the warranty company's court. Maybe he has filled out the report? Maybe he hasn't? On one of our calls he even went as so far to say our report was deleted by the home warranty company?? (I don't know how the home warranty company would delete our report when he was the original one who wrote it?) Don't worry though, after about 10 minutes he found the report just in the wrong folder. After much back and forth, the warranty company confirmed that they received the information for the repair on August 20th. Next steps are that the technician will call us to schedule. As of September 9th I'm still waiting on a phone call from the technician to move forward. Don't worry though, I'm sure he's going to call any day now. In addition, the warranty company now claims that they need additional information for the "replacement" rather than the "repair" and you guessed it, "they are waiting on the technician to send them that additional information. I can't believe I'm saying this, but you could probably learn the HVAC trade and fix your own AC yourself by the time Absolute decides to figure anything out

Gave them a five star review years ago when they were fist starting, now going with one star. I'll keep it short- system was misdiagnosed multiple times, spent $1k and still had issues. Came back out, admitted to misdiagnosing, said it was the thermostat. Offered to replace it for a discount... instead of charging me the usual $570 for an ecobee thermostat, they'd do it for... $530. Are you serious? A $200 thermostat that takes 20 minutes MAX to install, for someone you just misdiagnosed??? First freeze of the year a few hours away, temp inside the house 50's w unhappy tenant, will drop much lower overnight. So I get my own thermostat, install it, still not working. Skylar says they can have someone come out the next day, AFTER the first freeze passes, and get this.... If there's snow on the ground they won't come. Wow. I said don't bother. Found someone on Thumbtack to come out that night. He diagnosed a bad wire from thermostat to furnace in 10 minutes. $175. Classic case of a small business not staying so small.
