Travis and the crew at Marco Muffler are awesome! Friendly service, great communication, thorough, and always fair pricing!

Just larger size tips please. remember to always tip your Lexus.

Travis and gang are top notch on service and product. They treated my small minor job as important as a full exhaust. Went and had lunch next door came back all done...perfect lunch time endeavor. Do not hesitate to use them.

I was referred to this business by Bidwell Automotive in Folsom; another commendable company. My request was to quieten down my son's Ford Focus ST. It has a large bore system and just too boomy. They put it on the ramp and told me some options. I agreed on one and they did it there and then while I waited. I was third in line. On completion they allowed me to view it and I could see what a tidy job it was. Great value and friendly service.

Knowledgeable skilled people who can do the custom job at a fair price. I'd been to another shop that claimed to be a "custom exhaust specialist" and they couldn't help me. Orangevale Marco is the place to go. While writing the service order at the counter just a glance up and Travis correctly identified my 72-year old Jalopy as a Nash Ambassador. Only question was which model, a Custom, or Super? Amazing.

Great service. I called at around noon, only an hour before I wanted to come and they fit me right in at 1pm. Guy at front desk, I forget his name, was really helpful with giving me what I need. He helped me choose between which mufflers would be louder or which would have a lower/higher pitch, etc. I went with dual Bullet Flowmaster FX, no tips, on my 2017 Honda Accord and it sounds great. Price is reasonable, cheaper than any other place I know of so far unless you do it yourself. I would recommend this place to anyone else I know looking for a new exhaust/muffler and I will be coming back when I decide to add more to my car :)

Involving and promoting other shops in your review while making accusations about our work is inappropriate and unfair, especially when those businesses were not part of the original transaction. Because of the tone and conduct in your messages, you will not be meeting with me or any of my staff on Monday or at any other time going forward. I will not tolerate being spoken to in the manner you have been addressing me. If you believe you have a warranty concern related to XPEL products, I am happy to refer you to another certified XPEL installer who can assist you with evaluating or processing any potential warranty claim. That would be the appropriate path moving forward. I wish you the best and hope you are able to resolve your concerns through another certified shop." keep in mind he's the one who contacted and showed up first . to multiple shops after I chose his competitor(s) haven't seen this man since 2024. Not even asking for free work or anything warranty related. After he did this whole act he must be called out especially as an adult business owner with a law degree like himself. My response; Michael Justis This response is exactly what I expected. Instead of addressing the workmanship concerns, you're choosing to label my feedback as malicious and shut down any opportunity to actually review the issues. What's inappropriate is refusing to stand behind your work when a customer raises legitimate concerns after spending around $7,500 on a full vehicle wrap and related services. My intention was simply to have a professional conversation and give you the opportunity to inspect the areas I mentioned. Multiple installers have already pointed out the same issues with visible edges and areas that were not properly tucked. That's not an accusation--it's a quality concern. Your decision not to even look at the vehicle or discuss a resolution speaks for itself. I will continue addressing the issues with another certified installer as suggested. Take care.

They told me I had an upper pan oil leak and cam tower leaks that needed repair. The quote I received was way too high, so I reached out to Japan Auto Care on a family member's recommendation. Matt and the team were great from the start. He assured me they would be transparent about the work and offer a fair price, and they delivered on both. Communication was clear throughout the entire process, and they even followed up after the service was complete to make sure everything was running smoothly. You can tell they genuinely care about the quality of their work and about their customers. I would not hesitate to bring my Subie back here again.

I brought my car in to get my ac fixed. I've had an issue with not being able to recharge it and when I brought in my car it would not make cool air, heater still worked and this is important for later. I waited around 15 minutes to be seen as there was no one in the office and eventually one of the service techs came out to ask what I was doing. He was nice enough to check in my car and send me on my way with the expectation that it would be worked on that day. Fantastic! I'm a single payer household with one car and two days off just like many of you reading this. I got a call about half an hour after that from the person who was working the office that day, they informed me that the service tech was mistaken and they didn't know how the scheduling system works for when the work will be done and it would be a few days. I should have known right there to just pick up my car but I wanted to give them a chance. Just under $1400 for a new compressor and the labor to install it, I was thinking it was steep but I wanted ac in my during the heat wave of the summer. I paid and picked up my car using the after hours drop off. (The combo was off by a digit and not the one they sent me initially.) I drove my car less than 500 miles before my car broke down, when the work was done to my ac it seems to have killed the blower inside my intake manifold. I know that because I brought my car back and explained what happened. They told charged me for a check engine light diagnostic, told me what the issue was and asked me to pay another $1300 for a new intake manifold. Not a single word about taking any kind of responsibility, discount to make it right, nothing. I took my car and got a used manifold and got it installed. Which worked fine for a while until that one also blew. If I could go back in time, I would take away the excitement I had for having ac for the first time in a summer because now as we approach winter I can't use my fans at all without having my car stop again. I paid almost $2000 for the privilege of being hot in the summer and cold in the winter and trying to use my air will throttle my engine at low rpms. I will answer any and all questions about my experience if anyone would like to send me messages. To those hard working people out there who are worried about getting work done and there being no recourse, for the amount I paid, the dealer would have been better and taken care of problems that arose. *editing my review from here down since the owner has responded back to me. If you have any question of the validity of my review here are just a couple of things to consider, here is a screenshot of me texting the number he said I didn't with "feedback" about it not working properly. Oh by the way it was the same mistake the second time I picked up my car but by this point I had already spent an hour figuring out where they made the mistake. And by the way my message and video was ignored at the time. You can see how he talks about it being my fault the blower went out due to my oil, which is also funny that it was only brought up on my first visit where my blower was still working.
