The staff immediately deflected blame, claiming the damage was pre-existing. Here is the issue: If the tire was truly damaged before they touched it, they never should have started working on it because a ripped sidewall is a major safety hazard. But they put on rim and put pressure and told me its ready . They used the damage they caused to pressure me into purchasing two new tires for $175, giving me a $25 "discount" on the initial fee as a cover. They damaged my property, blamed me for it, and forced a sale. Beware of their business practices. It's that time in its mileage where all the maintenance things come up at the same time, so my stress was through the roof as I called around to see how much it'd be to replace my brake pads ($700 per axle was the general consensus at local shops...I mean I gotta do what I gotta do, but it hurts nonetheless; I'm hoping that price was with anticipation that the rotors needed replacement too, but I'm not sure as I've never replaced brakes at a shop before and have lucked out at either doing disc brakes myself or having a friend to help with the drums in the past). I messaged on here initially to see if Danny's would be a shop that allows customers to bring in their own parts and I was in luck! The following week (which was just a couple days ago), I went in at 3 pm anticipating I'd likely have to come back in the next day because they closed in 2 hours, and that would've been okay with me. But no, Grant was awesome with helping me get both a full synthetic oil change and brake pad replacement in under 2 hours, and Justin did a great job working on my car to include removing the annoying plate (probably not what it's called but you get it) under my Honda that so many other places (looking at you, Jiffy Lube) have broken or replaced poorly over the years. Grant also was really helpful in helping me save further money by advising that the AutoZone I bought my brake pads at steered me in the wrong direction on the rear brakes along with the correction that they still have a lot of life left; he literally showed me them with comparison to a model they have in shop, so I had a much better idea of where they were at. $132 or so later for labor and I was on my way back home. I went in fully expecting to pay anywhere between $1k-$1.5k if not more given the quotes I was receiving in the area and Grant is the reason for a massive sigh of relief that I don't have to stress the financial aspect of car maintenance. Thank y'all so much and I'll absolute be back for all other maintenance or otherwise needed on my car.

Then he had the nerve to say he didn't know if they'd even get to it that day, after confirming with me the day before that they would. On top of the incompetence, the customer service was rude, arrogant, and completely unprofessional. No accountability, no apology, just attitude, like my time and my car didn't matter at all. I ended up going in and picking my car up without a single thing done to it. Three days of communication, a scheduled appointment, and a confirmed time slot meant absolutely nothing. I have all the call logs to back up this timeline, in case anyone here tries to spin a different story about what happened.
