Another great day of getting excellent service in the neighborhood! I called around to several tire shops after one of my tires had been giving consistent issues week after week. I figured if I can get a diagnostic than I can see what I need to do to prevent having to put air weekly! After calling about a handful of places, I finally got Shawn, one of the managers of Tires Expert to help me out. I explained to him about my tire and he kindly said that he could take a look at it and see what the problem is. He didn't try to upsell or offer me to buy 4 tires for a discounted price, which another store did minutes prior; I didn't need to replace all 4 tires I just needed to fix the 1. He said they weren't busy and that I could just come on by. No more than 20 minutes later, my tire was fixed! He showed me what the problem was: there was a nail in the tire which was causing the leak!! Then he charged me $15.00 for the consult and repair and I was off on my merry way. I didn't get the tech's name who worked on my tire but I want to thank him too along with Shawn who made this effortlessly and also eradicated the nuisance of having to put air every week due to a long daily commute. As Shawn told me, they been in the business for about 20 years and they pride themselves in honest customer service. They don't want to do dishonest work trying to over-charge and make you pay for something that you don't need. I highly recommend this business. They are also one of the only ones in the area open on Sundays! read more

My favorite tire place! I've gotten tires there before, flat repair, alignment and valve replacement. Recently I got a leak in my front tire. They looked at it and said it couldn't be repaired because of the location of the leak. So they gave me a great price on a new tire. Took my car in to get a tire patched. They told me I had a stripped lug nut. I ended up getting the lug nut off and took it back to have my tire patched they took the entire tire off, "patched it", charged me $15. My fiancé went to work on my brakes today and needed to take off the front tire. He discovered that I had yet another stripped lug nut. No one had touched the tire since tire experts so obviously it happened there. Also the same tire I asked to have patched was not patched. The low tire pressure warning came back on during my drive home from tire experts. Just overall extremely frustrating. They are nice people but I just didn't have a good experience. read more

Walked in with a tire issue, luckily all it was was some sort of construction debris (a crazy large piece of wire) that pierced my tire and they quickly put a sealer on it and i was on my way. I went in with a nail in my tire. Before they even got the tire off the car 2 of the guys were looking up new tire prices for my car! One guy rolled the tire inside to show me and told me it cant be repaired because it was too close to the outside. Ok. So I asked them to put the spare on, I got this big long story about how my tires are wearing wrong blah blah blah started quoting me prices for 4 new tires! I called my husband and he said no tires from there. We have $3000.00 worth of tires and wheels on this suv. Husband very fussy on this. I told them my husband would be buying tires online like the ones we have. They asked from where I told them Tire Buyer! the attitude sure changed became a little nasty to me! Dont go here. Stopped at Tires Experts because one tire on my car had a slow leak, requiring me to fill it up again about every 5 days. Asked if they could repair the tire. They took the tire off, did something, and put it back on. Only charged me $10. I say they did 'something,' because the person who worked on my tire refused to tell me what he had done. I tried asking the person what work was done, and what problem they had actually found, but he would not answer. If I asked anything that wasn't payment related, they just stared at me as if I wasn't talking. It was not helpful, and honestly kind of creepy. Post-repair, my tire stayed inflated for about two days, then started going flat again. After that, it was needing to be refilled twice a day. I took my car to another tire shop to have it looked at. Turns out Tire Experts had just jammed two rope plugs into the tire, done a poor job of even that, and called it done. If I had gone to another tire shop first, they could have actually fixed the leak. After Tire Experts worked on the tire, it was now too damaged to be repaired, and had to be replaced instead. That $10 repair ended up costing me a lot more. read more
