Amazing company with great employees who really care about customer service and quality. The owner, Hans is super knowledgeable, speaks and explains things very well. We actually found them on Facebook marketplace and never thought in a million years we would go to a shop we found off there, but we are so glad that they posted and we found them and decided to give them a try. We drove up all from Vacaville to come here and after this experience, we wouldn't work with another tire/rim place again besides this one, even with being an hour away. We got a set of wheels from Hanz back in October (they were custom so we actually got it in September but the wheels arrived later). Long story short due to a manufacturing issue (not Hanz fault) he has been an honest business owner and handled the unforeseen circumstance. He will not leave you hanging and is an honest business person. If i need to get another set of wheels I'll def check with him first. Pricing is fair and a good value. Very helpful crew who was very personable and upfront with their pricing and what they were doing. New Years Eve and I found myself and my 3 kids with a flat tire (a screw flattened it) outside of skate town. A quick call and they answered and said they could help and they even stayed open a little later to help me out. I was able to drive to their shop (thanks to the random Russians In the parking lot For the foam and air compressor!) and they were able to plug the hole AND they changed out all the tires lug nuts (no thanks to Ford ). I just found the best tire and wheel place in the Folsom/greater Sacramento area! My daughter is building a rock crawler and we've been on the hunt for tires and wheels for the past few weeks. We spent a lot of hours doing research and finally settled on 40 inch Nitto Trail Grappler tires along with 17 inch Raceline Rino beadlock wheels. Not a cheap endeavor and she's paying for it, not me! After visiting countless shops up and down the 50 + 80 corridors and comparing prices, we were resigned to the idea that we'd be better off just ordering them online and having them shipped directly to the shop who'd be conducting the majority of the build. Every tire and wheel place we visited was overpriced and in most instances, seemed uninterested in our business. One day I happened to be in the Folsom area and while waiting for some food, typed "wheel and tire shops" into Google maps. There happened to be a place about a mile down the road, so I decided to give it a look after I ate. Located directly off a major road (Folsom-Auburn rd), the shop was easy to find and parking was available right up front. Upon walking in, I was immediately greeted by Hanz and welcomed in. The shop was well organized and clean and the demeanor of the staff was professional, upbeat and happy! I explained to Hanz what we were in the process of doing and he was genuinely interested and excited to potentially be a part of the build. You could tell he loves his job and knew the business well! Hanz invited me into the office so he could look things up. He did a little digging around and got some prices, but was not satisfied with what he found. Hanz picked up the phone and called Raceline directly (with me in the office), told them what we were doing and negotiated an unbelievable deal right there on the spot! I was blown away. He wasn't done yet. Hanz searched and found the tires at a GREAT price at a few different distribution centers and saved a ton on shipping. (The tires weigh 112 lbs each and we ordered 5 of them). As we wrapped up, I asked Hanz if I could put him in contact with the shop in Auburn that would be building out the vehicle, just to make sure we were ordering the correct wheel specs prior to placing the order and he was happy to oblige. The wheels and tires only took a week to come in and Hanz kept me informed and up to date throughout the process! I cannot recommend "Pristine Wheels and Tires" enough! They treated us like we were VIP's, went above and beyond and had the best prices by FAR! The level of customer service they provided really set them apart from the competition and this is the only place I'll go to in the future. They really knocked it out of the park!!! read more

Started off as a busy day - work, errands, etc. I was running around in my man's BMW Alpina B8 around 5:30 in the evening on a Friday...made a U turn on Auburn Folsom and caught a massive chunk of sharp metal right into a rear tire. Thankfully this gorgeous and intelligent automobile immediately told me I needed to pull over and showed me what was happening. And what do you know??? I look up and see Pristine Wheels and Tires. No joke. Right there. I had to drive about 50 feet, pulled right in and was greeted by Hanz and crew. They were amazed not only by the car itself but also the sharp metal jutting from the tire...perfectly situated to where it didn't touch the wheel, nor did it touch the inside of the wheel well. I was feeling pretty damn lucky! After alerting and taking direction from my BF, I called around to local tire places in search of this uncommon tire. Pristine didn't have one in stock either. No one else could get one for nearly a week. There was no way we were going to let a tow truck drag this beautiful and unique car to the dealership. Hanz got on the phone, found the tire and said it would be here the next day. We felt comfortable leaving the car there overnight and Hanz assured us it would be safe. The next day he stayed in communication with us, got the job done and had a great attitude about it. The car turned out great, we have had no problems since. We will definitely be coming back when our other cars need new tires. I can't recommend this business enough.
