Amazing company with great employees who really care about customer service and quality. The owner, Hans is super knowledgeable, speaks and explains things very well. We actually found them on Facebook marketplace and never thought in a million years we would go to a shop we found off there, but we are so glad that they posted and we found them and decided to give them a try. We drove up all from Vacaville to come here and after this experience, we wouldn't work with another tire/rim place again besides this one, even with being an hour away. We got a set of wheels from Hanz back in October (they were custom so we actually got it in September but the wheels arrived later). Long story short due to a manufacturing issue (not Hanz fault) he has been an honest business owner and handled the unforeseen circumstance. He will not leave you hanging and is an honest business person. If i need to get another set of wheels I'll def check with him first. Pricing is fair and a good value. I was def a pain to deal with but he handled it with grace. Great service!! read more

Very helpful crew who was very personable and upfront with their pricing and what they were doing. New Years Eve and I found myself and my 3 kids with a flat tire (a screw flattened it) outside of skate town. A quick call and they answered and said they could help and they even stayed open a little later to help me out. I was able to drive to their shop (thanks to the random Russians In the parking lot For the foam and air compressor!) and they were able to plug the hole AND they changed out all the tires lug nuts (no thanks to Ford ). Very nice, reasonable prices and honest to goodness customer service. They really helped a mom out to drive back to Galt SAFELY and have a great NYE's With the family!! read more

I purchased some stock wheels for our Honda Passport about a year ago and after some research Hanz hooked us up with tires that fit our needs. Started off as a busy day - work, errands, etc. I was running around in my man's BMW Alpina B8 around 5:30 in the evening on a Friday...made a U turn on Auburn Folsom and caught a massive chunk of sharp metal right into a rear tire. Thankfully this gorgeous and intelligent automobile immediately told me I needed to pull over and showed me what was happening. And what do you know??? I look up and see Pristine Wheels and Tires. No joke. Right there. I had to drive about 50 feet, pulled right in and was greeted by Hanz and crew. They were amazed not only by the car itself but also the sharp metal jutting from the tire...perfectly situated to where it didn't touch the wheel, nor did it touch the inside of the wheel well. I was feeling pretty damn lucky! After alerting and taking direction from my BF, I called around to local tire places in search of this uncommon tire. Pristine didn't have one in stock either. No one else could get one for nearly a week. There was no way we were going to let a tow truck drag this beautiful and unique car to the dealership. Hanz got on the phone, found the tire and said it would be here the next day. We felt comfortable leaving the car there overnight and Hanz assured us it would be safe. The next day he stayed in communication with us, got the job done and had a great attitude about it. The car turned out great, we have had no problems since. We will definitely be coming back when our other cars need new tires. I can't recommend this business enough.
