His price was significantly lower than the roofing quotes we received through our solar companies. Since then, Nick has completed many projects across our apartment property. He remodeled one rental unit by painting the apartment, patching holes, removing popcorn ceilings, installing recessed lighting, reglazing the bathtub, replacing the windows, and finishing everything in about a week. The transformation was stunning, and the unit looked so good that we found a new tenant during the first hour of our open house.
