We hired Bill and his team to remove the plaster acoustic ceiling in our family room and two of the bedrooms. The family room is exceedingly difficult because it is a high vaulted ceiling measuring approximately 24 x 18 feet in diameter and slanting up from 8 to 14 feet. The two bedrooms were also the same type of plaster acoustic. We asked Bill for a smooth finish and we are completely satisfied with how it turned out. They gave us a good quote, came on time, and were conscientious about keeping our home clean. We did have one crack that developed and Bill came back promptly to remedy the situation. My husband and I initially had Bill work on our ceilings removing popcorn and installing lighting. The work they did was amazing and exactly what I was looking for - after being told by countless contractors that they can't do the smooth ceiling texture I was looking for.
