The exterior wall and substrate needed to be rebuilt correctly and sealed properly so the leak wouldn't reoccur. Luis was clear about the scope and communicated well throughout. He handled the prep the right way (paper/lath, corner and bottom section repair, sealing/flashing details, etc.) and then applied the stucco in stages. The finish came out clean and professional. What I appreciated most: Luis is detail-oriented and cared about getting the final look right. He didn't just paint the new wall -- he also painted a pre-existing, adjoining wall so the color match would be seamless.
