LUCKILY, the Alo app is pretty accurate, which stated that Alo Seaport had the size I needed, & I was able to have a successful exchange that day! Very quick & easy exchange, so no complaints here. Parking: good luck! Sometimes there's meter street parking available but I usually just park in a garage to avoid the hassle of driving around in circles.

Not sure if I wanted to buy jeans at full price knowing about sales going on online. TMI. Having worked in customer service a lot over the years, I am well aware of how difficult people can be. I was the difficult person today. From the girl in the show room - which is small but lovely and very well stocked to the ANGEL in the dressing room that was patient while I tried on about 10 pairs of jeans - I found the perfect outfit that fixed my incredibly bad day. Patient is not coming close to giving her credit. She offered her input, sizes and was so kind. What a wonderful place. Thank you. In case anyone cares I ended up with 501 originals length 30 and I'm 5'4. I think they run true to size - I'm in between sizes so don't quote me. They're my favorite.

However when I got there, the door was locked and it was half an hour before closing. A young lady came to the door, opened it and I asked if they were closed for the day. She said yes and that I could return tomorrow. I explained I was in town for a conference and leaving the next day. My partner and I had been looking at their rings online because of the algorithms on Facebook and how they kept putting the ads on my feed. I do believe they have beautiful rings but there are no stores in Nevada and this was an opportunity to see rings first hand. Extremely disappointing that the employee was not willing to accommodate my sale.
