Jerry said to bring it in and he'll see what he could do with it even though that wasn't his business. After two hours of trying everything it was apparent that only a Porsche dealer could "code" the radio. Jerry is an amazing man who loves a challenge, and hated conceding. Even though he spent all that time he didn't ask for any compensation whatsoever. I told him that even though I live in Southbury, I'll be bringing my cars to him from now on. I would rate him 6 stars if I could.

By Tuesday, both tires were completely flat, and Valvoline's equipment couldn't even register the PSI. I had unknowingly driven the car for two days, including to work, putting myself at unnecessary risk of a tire-related accident. I brought my car to VIP in Londonderry, NH, where Allison and the installer were extremely thorough and professional. They explained that the valves should have been inspected and tested as part of the installation and quality-control process and quickly corrected the problem. I appreciate that Joe at the Waterbury location apologized when I called, but I feel this situation should have been taken much more seriously. Driving two days and then potentially 2 1/2 hours home with improperly installed new tires could have resulted in a serious accident. I hope VIP Waterbury reviews its installation and quality-control procedures to make sure this doesn't happen to another customer.

The staff was... quite... transactional, particularly the older gentleman that was at the front desk who didn't seem interested at all in speaking to me. The woman that was there seemed to be pretty nice, and had a smile on her face with each of the two exchanges we shared. The waiting area is small, but appropriate and there's a live camera feed going to a small CRT TV mounted from the ceiling, which is awesome I'd say because most shops don't do that. In all honesty, I haven't been to any shop that has until today!

I recommend this shop as at least a place to get a first or a second opinion they have never suggested more than was needed and handled all work and repairs in a reasonable amount of time for a good price. Both a friendly and a busy shop which is a good sign that they are doing something right. P.S. I called for an estimate on my Saab 9-3 So 486.00 for The fuel pump & $220.00 for the labor! Well that was the cheapest estimate Overall and it's expensive so I obviously went with the cheapest estimate my car was towed in after he had me wait 4 days. He called w/ the diagnoses & said "It's my timing belt" I told him how can that be when my backyard mechanic sprayed fuel in the engine& got it to start.(a trick mechanics do)While on the phone he talks w/ his assistant so they can try & start the car, I assume He has a heavy Jamaican accent so I didn't understand it all. To keep it short he had me on hold "listening" & the car never did start ! Well at this point I felt either he didn't know what he was doing or he was trying to scam me ! I called the Audi dealership again and I asked if they would take my car in he said whenever im ready bring it in. The estimate was 1,065.00 w/ warranty & a 2018 Q5 loaner car !!so now the second tow is another $80 to bring it to Audi/Saab Dealer !! The Diagnosis .... I RAN OUT OF GAS ON AN INCLINE !!
