The staff was... quite... transactional, particularly the older gentleman that was at the front desk who didn't seem interested at all in speaking to me. The woman that was there seemed to be pretty nice, and had a smile on her face with each of the two exchanges we shared. The waiting area is small, but appropriate and there's a live camera feed going to a small CRT TV mounted from the ceiling, which is awesome I'd say because most shops don't do that. In all honesty, I haven't been to any shop that has until today!

I had my SUV serviced on Monday 24th, 2025. I mentioned to…read morethe mechanic that my tensioner pully was making a ticking noise. The mechanic said the idler pulley was the noise. But when he accomplished the installation with a new serpentine belt and idler pulley, he had go to the garage area and held in his hand the housing for the pulley. He said that your noise is coming from the back of the engine. If that was the case he should've explain to me everything his ok, but your is not the idler pulley etc. I left and noticed a key scratched on the upper rear door that was not there when I brought to have my suv fixed. I noticed a young high school kid that used my key to scratch the door. So i give one star as this should be reported to a higher authority.

I called for an estimate on my Saab 9-3 So 486.00 for The fuel pump & $220.00 for the labor! Well that was the cheapest estimate Overall and it's expensive so I obviously went with the cheapest estimate my car was towed in after he had me wait 4 days. He called w/ the diagnoses & said "It's my timing belt" I told him how can that be when my backyard mechanic sprayed fuel in the engine& got it to start.(a trick mechanics do)While on the phone he talks w/ his assistant so they can try & start the car, I assume He has a heavy Jamaican accent so I didn't understand it all. To keep it short he had me on hold "listening" & the car never did start ! Well at this point I felt either he didn't know what he was doing or he was trying to scam me ! I called the Audi dealership again and I asked if they would take my car in he said whenever im ready bring it in. The estimate was 1,065.00 w/ warranty & a 2018 Q5 loaner car !!so now the second tow is another $80 to bring it to Audi/Saab Dealer !! The Diagnosis .... I RAN OUT OF GAS ON AN INCLINE !! NO fuel PUMP needed !!! NO TIMING BELT needed !! Yes I feel silly that it was only Gas but at least I didn't have to pay Chris's mortgage bc he thought he can scam me !! STAY AWAY !!
