Unfortunately I went into labor the day of the appointment however was able to reschedule. This was all no cost to me. Axel also went out of his way to get me a second key for the vehicle. The only thing I can say was that I didn't know I had to pay for the key to get programmed and the location of the key was super far from the closest dealership. Took about two week to get the car only because I'm self employed and the bank needed 4 months of bank statements when my bank printed monthly transaction sheets instead. Sure driving from new Britain to Waterbury several times wasn't fun. But it got done. Plus the 1bank had higher interest and longer payments.
