That is the first positive then he gets out and he is a 21 year-old young man that has knowledge beyond his years within five minutes. He diagnosed the problem when I thought that I was gonna have to make another appointment for him to come back and he said no, I'm gonna fix it right now which totally took me back. I was like wonderful so let me explain. I have a 2010 Nissan Altima beautiful vehicle the problem that he diagnosed was a swaybar. He got right to work went and picked up. The part came back. Fix my vehicle the whole thing from starting to finish was roughly 2 hours. He made sure he took it for a test drive then he made me get it with him and we went for a test drive. Know The knowledge that he has as a mechanic at 21 years old was pretty amazing this gentleman I will be calling anytime there is something wrong with one of my vehicles. He did not up charge me on the parts . His labor rate was amazing and obviously from reading my post there isn't a negative thing that I could say about this young man. I wish him the best and I will be contacting him again. Thank you, Brian for a wonderful experience.

I signed up to do the bodywork and set a date for the auto body repairs. Come the date to drop the car off, I dropped off the fob, and gave them a week to do the deed!!! When I picked the car up, it exceeded my expectations. Not only did the crew finish the work I contracted to do, but I noticed that they took the extra time and effort to take care of some spots that were not in the details of the work request. So, the net of the conversation is that they went above and beyond to deliver a great service. I am more than pleased. I also give a shout out to Gabe and his mom, who were very pleasant to work with when I arrived for the pick. Thanks again to everyone at Andy's Auto Coach.

The sale side is absolutely amazing, the service side is completely horrendous. I get a new car every 2-3 years, I ended up with a trail blazer which I loved, 45 days into it there was a leak, it destroyed some of my electrical. They fixed everything no problem told me they couldn't find the leak. Over the past two years I have had issues with water coming in, I have sent videos, spoke to techs. They didn't find anything. Fast forward to this past week, my car wouldn't start, I called got transferred 3x had to re-explain everything 3 times. By the time the third transfer I was annoyed, probably a little rude cause why can't you all communicate amongst each other instead of me repeating myself multiple times with each transfer. I towed the car in, they told me they were booked for weeks, I finally called today to which they told me my warranty will no longer cover this because it's weatherstripping on my sunroof is what they found the issue to be. Which if that was the case, the weatherstripping was the cause three years ago on a brand new vehicle and should've been replaced then.. it's 1600 bucks The part that really pisses me off when I went to pick up my car today, I did not let them do the work cause I'm not paying for it out-of-pocket. My service ticket has none of the issues that I had spoken about.. it said customer says battery is dead.. (no , I never said that, I was very clear and concise) I did tell them I disconnected the battery to try and reset the computer system, and I dropped the nut to the battery which did need to be replaced and I would pay for. Today's call said oh we found part of the problem, the nut was missing off the battery/. NO, I literally told 2 techs and one supervisor about the nut on the battery. Last year, my father, who has also been a loyal customer with them who was told to bring his car in for service and it would only take a couple hours, and it ended up taking a week because guess what they never even looked at it until he actually called pissed off asking for his car back. Avoid getting any work done on your car from this place at all cost.

They truly went above and beyond when my Chrysler 200 wouldn't start. Eric came to my home to jump it, and when that didn't work, he and his associate even pushed the car out of my garage to make it easier for AAA to tow. The next day, they picked up the Cadillac, gave me a clear and honest quote for the brake repair, and thoroughly explained other items I should monitor and address in the future. They also printed out the recall information for the vehicle and, knowing we're new to the area and still learning the local roads, arranged for me to have the recall work done at a convenient nearby location. When I went to pick up the vehicles, both were ready at the same time and I was there alone. Eric immediately offered for one of his office staff to drive one of the cars to my home while I followed with the other and brought her back. The level of care and thoughtfulness made me feel like part of the family. It's so refreshing to find a family-owned business that genuinely values its customers and shows it in every interaction. The Quiet Zone has earned my complete trust and loyalty. I could never go anywhere else for my vehicle service needs. Highly recommend -- give them a try and you'll see the difference for yourself.
