Thankfully they did! Right away they brought me back to do some x-rays and to see what was causing the pain so sudden. They had me in and out within 10 minutes and that was with doing paperwork as well! They gave me ehat I needed to calm my nerves for the procedure and called and even checked in with me. I was so calm and relieved after I left. I wasn't there anymore than 40 minutes from the time I walked in ans the time I walked out. DR Ton and his team are wonderful! What i really love is they offer payment plans as well! I had an appointment on January 14 to evaluate what could be done about the crown that fell out. I had an x-ray and a limited oral evaluation. I received a bill today, January 29 for $905. The total cost of the film and evaluation is $58, per their statement They have the audacity to bill me in advance for work I did not receive. Why the hell do they do this? Is it so they can cheat you out of more money? I reluctantly paid $214 to them for a bill I did not owe on a previous statement because again, they billed me in advance of actual services rendered. Their response to any question about padding the bill and overcharging is always , "it's the insurance company". So these corrupt cheating office staff are charging me $905 for walking in the office. One would think I had learned my lesson the first time they charged me $214 dollars and blamed it on the insurance company. Rather than have my 830 credit rating ruined by their corrupt billing practices, I paid the $214. MY NEXT STEP WILL BE SMALL CLAIMS COURT. AND THEY WILL LOSE.
