They got me right in and did a full set of x-rays. Dr. Dryden consulted with me and answered all my questions. He seemed very knowledgeable and has a very pleasant demeanor. I usually have a lot of anxiety when I go in for a dental procedure, but after speaking with him, I felt quite confident that I was in good hands He scheduled an appointment for me the next morning and extracted the broken tooth. When he injected me with a local anesthetic to numb the area, it didn't hurt. It was the first time I've ever had a pleasant experience at the dentist. I don't have insurance so I had to pay for it myself. The cost was about half of what I expected it would be. Dr. Dryden and his staff are all very professional and made me feel right at home. I highly recommend them!

The procedure went by in like 30 minutes, I didn't really feel a thing. I also received great after care when I had concerns, and I am now mostly healed up. I am so grateful I got recommended by a few people to go to him. They also were extremely affordable with my insurance.

He said I had to have my teeth cleaned before any exam- I have never heard that from any dentist. His assistant did take way more x-rays than necessary so I'm sure he will over bill my insurance for that. On my next appt. at 9a.m NO ONE was there. The office was closed - no note on the door - nothing. The next day the office girl said "we sent an email to all patients" NOT ME. Another man showed up at 9 also so I'm not the only who did not get that message. My next appt I had to sign a form saying that I would pay for any shortage that my insurance company did not pay. AND I was overcharged on my first appt and when I asked for a refund I was told they don't refund to credit cards even tho that was how I paid. So I asked for a check- she said the Dr. only writes checks once a month. Well it's been 2 months and I'm still waiting. I will NEVER go back there.

Is a zero star rating a thing? Because if so, this should be it…read more My daughter has TMJ. After having TMJ surgery and her wisdom teeth removed in 2018, the next step in her journey is to have braces. After a consultation in early 2021, we decided to move forward with Courtesy Dental and utilized their payment plan. All seemed to go well until my daughter moved for college. We were told she would have access to Courtesy Dental in southern Nevada for continuing adjustments and such. We were thrilled to have a state-wide service to help her condiditon. Shortly after she moved to southern Nevada, the payment plan stopped. We inquired to find out that Courtesy Dental in Carson City no longer does orthodontics. They recommended her to get setup with a Courtesy Dental in Las Vegas (which were at their patient max). No luck! So now what do we do? We called Courtesy Dental over and over to find that the location in Carson had been sold to a dentist that did not perform orthodontics. But that's okay, right, because Courtesy Dental has other location? No again. After calling the Sparks location, we were told that we would have to pay $3100 to continue services. Why? Because that was the remaining on the account. Now I've been in the world of finance for 20+ years. I pay my bills. Courtesy Dental stopped taking the payment. I didn't stop paying the bill. In fact, I called to have them continue to take payments to find that my daughter is no longer a patient. Now the issue becomes how to we get her braces removed so we can find another solution? Well... COURTESY DENTAL WILL NOT REMOVE THEM. Nor will any other orthodontist. After this review, I am writing to the Dental Board of Examiners in Nevada. This is the WORST service. I would have payed to have this completed, as agreed to. But to drop my daughter as a patient without communication and no alternative solution? This is garbage. Do not use Courtesy Dental - EVER!

I have a fear of dentists and they all made me feel at ease. From the front desk to Paris the assistant to Ali the finance person and most importantly Dr. Bailey the dentist. Off the bat they sold me a pretreatment plan close to $800. I thought this is not something my prior dentist said he was concerned for (periodontal work) i asked what it was for and the manager said that I needed to do their pretreatment or they could not take me. I caved and gave them the money. After that I saw the hygienist once for going over her pretreatment which consisted of a particular in house toothpaste and mouthwash. I left the office still paying additional costs of close to $150 dollars and I still got another bill in the mail after my first cleaning. The hygienist was nice but not very efficient. I had to tell her to go over certain areas because I could feel spots she had missed, and I realized after my first cleaning that the mouth wash, she had given me prior was severely staining my teeth!!! OMG I looked at the ingredients when I figured out that the mouthwash was the one that was staining my teeth and nearly passed out from how upset I was let alone the embarrassment. I had to have a tooth whitening that cost me $150 both times by a whitening service. The first time I noticed the staining was when she gave me my pretreatment which again she did nothing for me except stain my teeth with this mouthwash and upcharge me every time I visited. So, what did I pay for because I had no improvement in my gums and now my teeth were stained. The dentist seemed disconnected when I met him and the hygienist was more concerned about chatting me up. The front office manager was rude in a very unapologetic way and when I called the office to ask to have my next visit a regular cleaning, she said they couldn't change it. I also told her the hygienist was not efficient and had literally sent me home with fluoride for me to put on at home. I thought this was her job? Was I not being up charged for a complete service. Unprofessional staff all away around and I asked to speak to the dentist and never got a call back. Please don't go here they like to aggressively up charge clients and then send them surprise bills after they have left their office. Unprofessional all the way around! Oh, and their telephone service is even worse you can go in circles for hours before you get a live person.

The staff was very professional and undertook all the necessary health precautions, including having patients wait outside. The initial consultation with Dr. Gray was thorough and he explained everything to me well. He recommended that the impacted wisdom tooth be removed. I opted to also have the tooth above it removed. A week later, I underwent the surgery. I had chosen the intravenous anesthesia, I was semi conscious, and the whole procedure was over before I knew it - I even thought he had only taken out one tooth. Dr Gray assured me that both were gone. The staff even wheeled me all the way out to my daughter's car, so that she would not have to come inside during the COVID-19 shutdown. The recovery was amazingly quick. The bleeding stopped after just a couple of hours. I did have some jaw pain a few days later, Dr. Gray gave me some jaw exercises, which relieved that problem. I would highly recommend Dr. Gray.
