Oh my gosh, I cannot say enough good things about Marbled LA. We had them do a drop off catering of their Korean meal plan with set up of chafing dishes for our wedding and it was so amazing! Tro was so communicative and checked in a couple times before the wedding to make sure everything was all organized. The crew member who set up our food was efficient and thorough. And the food.... The food was SO WONDERFUL. We had a wedding party of 13 people (two being vegan) and we were really trying to find a menu to service the mixed preferences of all our guests. Although there wasn't a lot of photographic evidence on here about the Korean Food Package, we went with it and oh my gosh it was all our families could talk about. My vegan sister and her partner devoured the Tofu galbi with gusto; they said it was the most amazing vegan food they've had at a wedding and felt loved and taken care of that we had gone with a caterer who made such good food that they could also eat (then they took all the leftover tofu haha)! While the "japchae" was made with vermicelli instead of potato starch noodles I know is traditional, it was still delicious and just as described on the menu options. The beef, pork, kimchi, and everything else was also so good! Everyone really loved the food and that made us both so happy to have gone with marbled La for our tiny wedding. I think all in all it was so worth the money! Thank you Tro and crew! read more

Another happy TV Production, well fed by the Marbled crew! For the last few months we've needed between 140 and 300 individually boxed meals per shoot day, for Covid compliance. The variety was excellent, including a wide selection of vegan options - all departments were pleased! Tro is a great point person, who really understand the unique needs of production catering. His team was able to pivot on short notice, and is great at solving problems when you bring them to their attention. Once they're on board, your catering concerns will be over. This was my first time working with them, and they are now at the top of my list for Production Catering - I've already referred a few folks! read more

I ordered our family 2021 Christmas lunch from Marbled LA and was a little apprehensive as I have never ordered from them before. However, I was running out of options and decided to trust people who had posted good reviews. I was very impressed, and all my adult children were all happy with the quality of the food. For myself, I have never tasted a roasted turkey like they delivered. It was by far the best I have ever had. The prime rib and all the sides were delicious as well. I definitely will order from them again. Kudos to the chef. Thank you. read more

We hired Marbled LA for a 27-day (consecutive!) film shoot and they provided excellent meals that were individually packaged for our crew of 40 people each day. Every day's meals were different and delicious, ranging from all different styles of food. Our crew was eager to see what was for breakfast and lunch each day. Good food = happy crew = good film set! Marbled LA also handled all of the variety of dietary restrictions we had on set very nicely and organized. We are very pleased with Marbled LA and cannot wait to hire them again!! read more

Great catering company for film productions looking for hearty individually wrapped meals! They catered to our list of dietary restrictions and even labeled those separately. Tro made wonderful dinners that saved us during our night shoots for a price that worked with budget. Very responsive and on top of it. It was such a relief to not have to think about this once Tro got Involved. Highly recommend and will be using again! read more

These guys are AMAZING caterers. I mean AMAZING. They offered me about a million menu options at three different price points, all of them delicious and reflective of LA's diverse cultures as well as dietary preferences. On the day of, their set-up guy, who was polite and prompt, did everything and included tent cards explaining each delicious dish. And the FOOD! I'm a pretty good cook, and known for my entertaining, but I may never pick up a pan again after eating this outstanding meal. We had 30 guests -- I was able to attend my own party for a change -- and people raved about the food all night. The next day all of the chafing dishes and serving materials were picked up and I happily dined on leftovers. If there's more that I can say, just imagine that I've said it -- this company is the BEST. read more

I hired Marbled LA for a pasta event last month at the Cedars-Sinai Medical Office Towers of 1600 people. Communication: Tro (Owner) suggested lasagna for such a large group. He provided me the options of meat/veggie, as requested. He also provided me with a quick response time when gathering all the paperwork. He met with me before the event for a walk-thru of the site. Overall, the communication was consistent and pleasant! Service: During the event, Tro's staff was organized, well-dressed and just fantastic! He had a friendly staff and kept it professional. Tro provided a menu for the tenants, as requested. There were little to no lines; it ran smoothly and efficiently. Food: Each individual received one slice of Lasagna, and this was kept warm throughout the duration of the event. I received lots of good feedback from the tenants, especially about the veggie lasagna. The veggie lasagna was creamy and light. I highly recommend this catering company and intend on using them again in the near future. read more

The best. Straight up amazing, had SOOO many compliments from guests about how AMAZING the food was. People are still hitting me up saying it was so bomb and asking for the companies info. Found them because my sister used them for a company party. At that party those who attended stood up and clapped for my sister because she booked Marbled. So of course we went with them for my moms funeral reception, we wanted only the best for her services and that's what we got. We went with the New American package and added the portobellos, they are such a hit, so darn good! We love Marbled and will always consider them first for catering. Also, we booked them so fast it was aike a 3 day turnaround, so grateful to Tro for working with us so quickly, thank you! read more

Our company partnered with Marbled LA as the caterer for our outdoor concerts at LA State Historic Park for our staff, vendors, and artists. I found Marbled LA on Yelp, and took a chance based on the amazing reviews here and Tro's great customer service in the planning stages. They catered our 80 person autumn-themed party yesterday (drop off catering but with chafing dishes etc) and holy smokes, everything was AMAZING. Tro and his exec chef recommended great food that was on theme and worked within our budget, Erica delivered everything smoothly, and the food was DELICIOUS. Everyone loved it. AND...they pulled it off with a few days' notice. They were extremely flexible and wanted to make us happy...which we totally were. Really nice people who work efficiently and take a lot of pride in making super tasty, high-quality food. read more

We booked Marbled LA just days before our four-day production (with 45+ cast and crew). They were so communicative, accommodating, and easy to work with. The food was delivered 15 min before our meal times on set and arrived hot and conveniently packaged. Breakfast was always hearty-- lots of eggs, bacon, oatmeal, potatoes, etc. The breakfast burritos were a huge hit. At lunch, we were always (pleasantly) surprised by the variety of offerings. One day there was a Thai chicken dish. The next day was Italian meatballs with lasagna. I didn't have to think about the menu-- they just provided excellent meals. We ordered 15% of the meals as vegan to accommodate our team and those turned out great, too. I received several comments from crew members saying how impressed they were with the creativity. Marbled LA also provided us with craft services. At the end of the day, I would send a list of the things we were out of and they supplied them the next morning. Overall, fabulous food. Great communication. And huge amounts of flexibility. Highly recommend!! read more

Tro and his team catered my twin sons' Christenings and couldn't be happier! The food was on time, delicious, plentiful, and didn't break the bank! We ordered oysters, shrimp cocktail, crab cakes, lamb meatballs with yogurt sauce, and flatbread for appetizers. And we ordered the rotisserie style chicken (cleaned and cut), marinated tri-tip, miso glazed salmon, roasted carrots, salad and Mac n' cheese for our entrees and sides. The portions were ample without compromising quality and his prices are very reasonable. Tro is an expert and he worked with us, helping us navigate his menu to make sure our food was perfectly tailored for our guests. He is responsive and thorough! All I can say is WOW! We just had Marbled LA cater our holiday party. From the menu creation to the delivery - everything was flawless. Raffi showed up early, set up everything with chafers and stayed back to help our guests and refill the trays throughout the night. Also broke down everything and offered our guests take home trays as they were leaving. I didn't have to stress out about anything food related because he was on top of it. All the dishes were hot, well-made and delicious. There was SOO much food to choose from. We wanted impossible burger sliders and Tro made it happen (they were a hit). Finding a catering vendor to provide a variety of food to meet various palates, healthy and delicious is a tall order. Well.. that's what Tro did. The menus he creates, tailored to what you're looking for, are amazing. I actually had not even seen the photos on yelp until now and need to give him call. Wow... looks amazing. Food is cultural, emotional and fundamentally essential to our health. My search is over in finding someone who can meet all that. Tro catered an evening out at the Hollywood Bowl for 30 people. Amazing selection of food and EVERYONE loved the food. His goal is not just delivering food, but an experience. I look forward to the next opportunity where I can not worry about the food and know it will turn out great. Thank you. read more
