I ordered our family 2021 Christmas lunch from Marbled LA and was a little apprehensive as I have never ordered from them before. We hired Marbled LA for a 27-day (consecutive!) film shoot and they provided excellent meals that were individually packaged for our crew of 40 people each day. These guys are AMAZING caterers. I mean AMAZING. They offered me about a million menu options at three different price points, all of them delicious and reflective of LA's diverse cultures as well as dietary preferences. On the day of, their set-up guy, who was polite and prompt, did everything and included tent cards explaining each delicious dish. And the FOOD! I'm a pretty good cook, and known for my entertaining, but I may never pick up a pan again after eating this outstanding meal. We had 30 guests -- I was able to attend my own party for a change -- and people raved about the food all night. The next day all of the chafing dishes and serving materials were picked up and I happily dined on leftovers. We have used MarbledLA for multiple events and everything is always perfect. They have super professional staff who are always on top of things. I hired Marbled LA for a pasta event last month at the Cedars-Sinai Medical Office Towers of 1600 people. Communication: Tro (Owner) suggested lasagna for such a large group. He provided me the options of meat/veggie, as requested. He also provided me with a quick response time when gathering all the paperwork. He met with me before the event for a walk-thru of the site. Overall, the communication was consistent and pleasant! Service: During the event, Tro's staff was organized, well-dressed and just fantastic! He had a friendly staff and kept it professional. Tro provided a menu for the tenants, as requested. There were little to no lines; it ran smoothly and efficiently. Food: Each individual received one slice of Lasagna, and this was kept warm throughout the duration of the event. We booked Marbled LA just days before our four-day production (with 45+ cast and crew). They were so communicative, accommodating, and easy to work with. The food was delivered 15 min before our meal times on set and arrived hot and conveniently packaged. Breakfast was always hearty-- lots of eggs, bacon, oatmeal, potatoes, etc. The breakfast burritos were a huge hit. At lunch, we were always (pleasantly) surprised by the variety of offerings. One day there was a Thai chicken dish. The next day was Italian meatballs with lasagna. I didn't have to think about the menu-- they just provided excellent meals. We ordered 15% of the meals as vegan to accommodate our team and those turned out great, too. I received several comments from crew members saying how impressed they were with the creativity. Marbled LA also provided us with craft services. At the end of the day, I would send a list of the things we were out of and they supplied them the next morning. Overall, fabulous food. All I can say is WOW! We just had Marbled LA cater our holiday party. From the menu creation to the delivery - everything was flawless. Raffi showed up early, set up everything with chafers and stayed back to help our guests and refill the trays throughout the night. Also broke down everything and offered our guests take home trays as they were leaving. I didn't have to stress out about anything food related because he was on top of it. All the dishes were hot, well-made and delicious. There was SOO much food to choose from. We wanted impossible burger sliders and Tro made it happen (they were a hit).
