The food looked delicious and was a big hit with all the attendees. The portions were actually a lot bigger than I was expecting and I doubt anyone went away hungry. The staff were very friendly, accommodating, and flexible with last minute changes. They helped with set-up which was a big life saver and made the event go that much smoother. We found Marbled LA on Yelp and ordered large plates from them for my son's 4 year old birthday - enough for 25-30 adults and about 30 kids. I was pleasantly surprised how much my discriminating guests loved the food. We kept getting asked where the food was ordered from. The main thing that impressed the guests was that the food spanned different types of cuisines (Asian, Mexican, American), and they impressed the palates of native eaters. Marbled is one of the best catering companies around! All of the food is healthy and delicious.The sandwiches come beautifully wrapped with a cute wax seal. All of salads are delicious and are presented beautifully. The cobbler and cookies are yummy. We have ordered the beet salad (one of my favorites), sriracha chicken ceasar salad which is nice and spicy, heirloom tomato salad which is very fresh , a variety of wraps/sandwiches and cookies for our meetings. Only good things to say about Marbled LA!! We decided to go with Pulled Pork sandwiches for our party of approx 50 people. When I called to arrange the catering, Marbled LA was very helpful in helping me plan the catering. They recommended we serve pulled chicken for the non pork eating guests, and also came up with interesting toppings and sauces for the sandwiches, not to mention a killer slaw! Marbled LA showed up to our party on the exact time we specified, with everything we needed plus a lot more! They didn't only set up the food and leave....they pretty much decorated the table! The food was amazing, and all of our guests were very happy! I noticed that our guests went in for multiple servings, and there was still a lot of food left over. We hired Marbled LA for a company party for about 200 guests and everything they did was fabulous! We only had a week and half to find and hire a caterer and I happened upon the great reviews of Marbled LA on Yelp. Tro responded very quickly to my online inquiry and was super responsive in getting us quotes and menu suggestions. We ended up setting up three stations around the perimeter of the party: a charcuterie/cheese/crostini station, a mini sandwich station (the brisket banh mis were a huge hit!), and an appetizer station (everyone raved about the curried deviled eggs!). We hired Marbled LA to cater our daughter's wedding on very quick notice (within 3-4 wks of the wedding) and were so happy with everything from Tro's responsiveness, to the professionalism of the waitstaff, and most importantly, to the excellent food which everyone raved about. Lots of variety to chose from and the food was plentiful. The passed appetizers were excellent, very hot when passed around, and we especially enjoyed the fish and chip (so crispy) and the "ravioli". My guess would be that you can't go wrong with anything on the menu. The buffet presentation was very nice with all the foods labeled.
