I HATE buying a vehicle! I'd rather give birth to triplets than deal with buying a car! I knew I was starting to shop for a new vehicle, but this dealership did nothing for me. Drove by it all the time and it never called my name. BUT!!! I opened FB one day and saw Ashley was working there and it was a no brainer! I dialed her digits, scheduled an appointment and off I went! When I got there, I immediately felt her energy, upbeat attitude and get'er done mentality. It was refreshing since some of the guys were on their phones or just sitting at their desk WAITING for the business to fall in their lap! Sales 101, you don't wait for the business, you become a hunter. Being in sales myself, I love how Ashley is always promoting this dealership on FB with the different promotions they have. She's smart! She's putting the dealership and herself in the spotlight! Ashley was like the energizer bunny! She wants to make the process as easy for the customer as she possibly can so we did most of my "red tape" over the phone! I was selling a work truck through the KBB instant offer program, and this dealership was one of three that I got an offer from. I let all of them know I had gotten 3 offers and planned to visit all three dealerships, and they still made an appointment to look at the vehicle. After driving over an hour to get to them, they said the vehicle looked good but refused to make an offer unless I canceled my appointments that day with the other two dealerships and agreed to stay and sell the vehicle there BEFORE hearing their offer. So, either agree to let them low ball me, or they wouldn't even consider it. Eric's manager seems to fit the description of "used car salesman" perfectly. Long-time customer of this place but very disappointed with the service department, especially managers, Will Burklow and Geoff McElroy! Last October, and after consultation with Geoff McElroy, I paid for transmission service for my Silverado. The problem seemed to go away until this April when the same issue redeveloped. I brought the truck in, left it for a week, and the service advisor told me they didn't find any issues. They tried to charge me $200 for the evaluation, which they removed after I asked why they didn't bring this up when I brought the car in initially. Upon driving the truck home....I experienced the same problem! Four weeks later, the problem got worse, and I am now very frustrated! I emailed the manager Will Burklow and explained my predicament. I explained that this truck is being donated to a U.S. Marine disabled veteran who lost his legs in Iraq. I explain that I want everything working perfectly before the truck in driven to Kansas where the Marine veteran lives. Will assures me he'll get the service department to take another look. A week goes by, not a word from Will. Finally, I emailed Geoff and ask for help. Again, incredibly, no reply! Four weeks later and still no reply from either manager, I take the truck elsewhere and get it fixed. Thankfully, the truck is on its way to Kansas to the injured veteran as I write this. I bought a used car on Saturday they needed to replace the windshield do a detail inside and out and fill it up for me they replace the windshield ran it through the wash and that was it called me and told me it was ready came and picked me up and when I got there the car had not been detail at all I set and waited they bring it back and still not detail yes somewhat wiped down but still not wiped down good at all need less to say they took me back home and told me they would take care of it will see ! read more

Took it for a drive and knew immediately that it was what I was looking for. Brian didn't try to pressure me or upsell me at all. He sincerely wanted me to be 100% sure and happy with my purchase. We agreed on a price and they didn't try to add any junk fees, just a reasonable processing fee and tax, title, registration. They even delivered my truck to my doorstep at no cost. Gave a deposit for a vehicle August 2022. May 2022 and they still have not ordered the car. Everytime I talk to Brian the salesman, all i hear is "you are number 2 in line"....for 10 months now. Then they say they cant order the car because the options I want are on back order. 2 days after they said that, i ordered the car from another Chevy dealer with the options I want, and it was accepted by Chevy and built. Marble Falls Chevy now refuses to refund the deposit. Avoid this dealership at all costs. read more

Ripped off and screwed over, bought a used car for the same price as a brand new car. Within the first month the car had a piston go out. It had many other issues after this and it was only a 2016. It lasted about 2 years before the whole engine needed to be replaced. Since it wasn't under warranty the dealership pretty much said "oh well, there's nothing we can do". They were also supposed to make it to where I was able to build on my credit with my name and my mom's name on it but instead they just put it under my mom's name alone. I recently purchased a new Chevy Bolt EV from this dealership and my experience was excellent. I made the deal with Tanner Rice (Sales) and Lane Tate (Finance) over email during the course of one week and had everything prepared and printed out before I went in to the dealership to sign for the car and drive it away. Tanner and Lane were upfront with everything and did not try to pull any surprises - the price in email was the exact price they presented to me at sign time in the dealership office. They were even honest about finding an issue with the back middle seat belt and have organized to get the part and pickup the car to repair it / (along with a small missing panel behind one of the interior door handles). If all goes well with the repair I will happily upgrade this to a 5 star review. read more

This dealership will buy your vehicle and then turn around and SELL IT before even paying you. Sold a vehicle on a weekend, was told there needed to be two check signers and only one was present that day, but check would be in the mail Monday. On Thursday, had to call to inquire and nobody had any answers. It has been almost a week and we are still waiting to receive the check. We had high hopes for this place, and have done business with them in the past here without issue, but going forward we will do business elsewhere. read more

Stay away from this place unless you want to be lied to and cheated. Crooks and unethical business practices make up this place. Watch for hidden fees when signing paperwork ESPECIALLY if trading in a car. I was charged full MSRP on a car that I needed low monthly payments on but they kept the manufacturer rebate instead of passing it on to me. This was verified by two different dealerships since I have been to trying to get out of this horrible car they sold me. They also hid window tint for $300 bucks (I don't have tinted windows) and $1000 for "Dentguard" (I didn't even know what that was because they never told me about it). If I could give a negative star I would... I've heard things but now I've discovered it myself. I bought new tires so that I could get an alignment. After the alignment and seeing the before and after print out, I was shocked. I called and spoke with the manager and he really wasn't concerned. He actually told me I can go somewhere else... Oil change went well, as far as I can tell, but this is the 2nd time warranty work requests have been brushed aside due to "being too busy", even after scheduling online. Also, compared to the GMC dealership I would go to in Ausitn, this dealership seems much less eager to make patrons feel welcome and cared for. This extends from dealership atmosphere to small things like vacuuming the vehicle when it's in for oil changes. Little things like that go a long way, and this is the first dealership that I've been to for service that doesn't go that extra mile. read more

This dealership service area has restored my faith in GM vehicles and in great customer service! Since purchasing this vehicle in 2015, there have been ongoing electrical problems. We have been to 3 dealerships for numerous repairs, and they had not addressed the problem, they just kept replacing some of the same parts ( three O2 sensors, two batteries, unnecessary transmission work, false warning lights, false "check engine" warnings, etc) . Goeff McElroy, Service Advisor, reassured me that they would do everything they could to get to the root of the problem, and they did. Justin Stephens, Service Tech (extrordinaire!) was the one who figured out the problem. All along it was a simple fix, a bad negative battery cable that was affecting the entire electrical system. Can't thank them enough for giving me back my Buick Verano that actually works and is dependable. My next car will be from Marble Falls Chevy Buick! read more

We were initially very pleased. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and we felt like we got a good deal. We finished up with financing and got the vehicle after business hours and only got one key, but were told that the used car manager must have everything else locked in his office. We went back on Monday and, as it turns out there was no other key or key fob. The truck was advertised to have keyless entry so we were finally able to get them to agree to get us a a key fob, but we would have to pay for a second key. We were told that, since the truck was a Toyota they would be unable to program it, so they would make arrangements for us to go and get it and have it programmed at a Toyota dealership. That was fine. Well, after having to text every day we were finally told the fob had come in. I reiterated that it was to be taken care of at the Toyota dealership. Yes, they said. So, I called the Toyota dealership ( the one they said they were working with) and they had no clue what I was talking about. So, I called the salesman in Marble Falls once again and was then told (contrary to what we'd been told before) that I'd have to pick it up from them - we live in a different town - and take it to another town in the opposite direction to get it programmed. Not what we were told! Oh, and after driving, round trip 140 miles in 2 directions, and taking off of work and spending hours doing so, We will get to pay for the key. Nice! read more
