There's no rush to service or to help the paying customers. Only towards the sales and I can tell you that motto will be remembered in Bee Cave and isn't something the community takes well. You say brakes and other items are there most important factors when it comes to safety it is your biggest concern with inspections. Yet other dealerships are fixing the issues while you say "that's normal" or "that's fine, there was nothing wrong". Covert GMC Bee Cave, you should be ashamed of your daily practices and what you put on your lot. Whoever handles the safety inspections, needs to be part of your high turn over covert keeps blaming when something goes wrong. I've had two vehicles that have spent more time in the shop than with me. Ive bought 2 Audi SQ5's recently - paying interest on two vehicles. The one that had to be bought back by covert due to its having major issues. Along with the new one being in the shop. But it's at Audi due to yall stating the brakes and noises and pedal issues were perfectly fine when they were not. For the past 5 months since trading my car I've been in loaner from Audi more than I've been in my personal car. Cherry on the top. I've put less than 2k miles on my new car and had to stop into discount tire today they said I will need to replace the tires soon. Looking forward to yet another expenses. Thank you covert bee cave.

When you come by ask for Blake. Very pleasant and…read morepersonable. He knows his trucks and is passionate about them. He was very patient and respectful. We've been serious about buying a truck for a couple months now. Having trouble getting what we need and staying in the budget. We've gone out to a handful of places to be educated and have been interested enough to drive a couple of them. This place is all about trucks and they have a lot of the older models (not antiques by any means.) Anyway -we arrived with a couple trucks we had scoped out (they post on Craig's List) in mind. Blake grabbed the keys and we looked them over. He also showed us a couple other trucks that we might want to consider. We chose two to take for a spin. First one without running boards so due to the height of the cab I chose to stay behind. They are very relaxed our here -not pushy and don't insist on accompanying you but I really wanted someone to go out with the hubster on the test drive so one of the young men volunteered. When he returned since there was a type of running board ( not the kind I'm used to but more of a pipe-like structure) I decided I'd give getting up in it a try as it was my favorite of what we looked at. (Turned out to be a little rough on the broken leg, but I enjoyed the ride!) Blake was nice enough to talk to our youngest son (via phone)who is a wealth of knowledge and has been helping us. Listening to the two of them speak in car ease was interesting and bottom line we decided to make an offer. In an effort to stay in our budget the offer was 5K less than asking price-which is significant. Blake explained their mark-up and I asked bottom line what they could take. It ended up being about $500-$600 of sticker price. The truck may well have been worth it but that put it 3K over budget. We decided to think on it at least overnight and it's gotta be a no go for us. So why the rating???? Great customer service, pricing on the vehicles and plenty of inventory. We wish we could have worked out a deal but we will monitor their website and who knows-something might come along that we could be happy driving that's with in our budget! Over all a good experience!

Oriented to Integrity, Fairness, and Quality Service…read more Finding their listing on Auto Trader, I called Centex to ensure that the vehicle I was interested in, wouldn't get sold before I made the 2-hour drive to take a look. They were good to their word. When I arrived, I found the great-looking and mechanically sound truck I was interested in, pulled up front, waiting for my arrival. The photos and description represented it well. Initially, I was taken aback when they refused to negotiate the sales price. But, once they explained that they offer vehicles at fair prices -- and make sure that everyone gets the same fair deal, I understood the merits of this approach. Since the listed sales price was reasonable, I bought it. So, though unusual in my experience, this ended up being a hassle-free way to purchase a used truck. Wanting a grill guard and LED lights, they installed these improvements at a very reasonable cost, adding them to the purchase price. With this approach, they could bundle my upgrades into the vehicle loan, so I didn't have additional out-of-pocket expenses. After I agreed to purchase the vehicle, they efficiently handled all the paperwork. Due to the expertise of Centex, they streamlined the process with my credit union. They got me into my new (used) vehicle quickly. Centex made the entire process painless and fast. No surprises. All of the Centex employees were personable and professional. From the manager who handled the sale and processed the loan, to the employee who quickly drove to the State office to get my license plates, to the guy who accomplished the upgrades, to the helpful and knowledgeable owner, Centex's entire staff were all stellar. Every single one of them. Even though this business is a long way from where I live, I went back to them for service. Why? Because they do quality mechanical work, as well. My experience is that in addition to selling quality used vehicles, I can also trust them to do high-quality maintenance and repair work at a fair price.

I called and spoke with John, who was incredibly helpful and confirmed they were open on Sundays. I was pleasantly surprised. I arrived about 30 minutes before closing (they close at 5 PM on Sundays), and they still took me in without hesitation. The team was very careful while working on my Mercedes and made sure everything was done correctly. I was able to watch through the window while they worked, and they took their time to make sure everything was done right and that no mistakes were made. They even checked extra things like my tires, which I really appreciated. After the service, my car ran like a top on my trip out of town. That gave me a lot of confidence. The prices are very reasonable, and they even had a $7 coupon available. Overall, I feel comfortable trusting them with my vehicle and wanted others to know about the good service I received. Back in 2010, I wrote, "To be honest, I would rather have a tooth pulled than deal with a used car salesman." Well, at Apple, there is no tooth pulling! There's no high-pressure sales approach here. Every vehicle on their lot is high-end, clean, and mechanically sound. They offer fair trade-in values, include a free drivetrain warranty, and provide a very reasonably priced extended warranty plan. Best of all, they don't tack on any of those unnecessary add-ons you often see at other dealerships. On this most recent visit, I worked with Corey (sales) and Mike (sales manager), and it was by far the easiest car-buying experience I've ever had. I received a very fair offer for my trade-in and even secured a loan rate better than what my credit union offered, which surprised me. Bailey (finance) made the paperwork process smooth and stress-free, and she offered an extended warranty at a price I felt was more than fair. Pro tip: Check out their inventory, but be aware it tends to move quickly, so contact them online to verify that the new-to-you vehicle is still available.
