She's always paid a fraction of the cost I pay for services at BMW, and yet she's never had any problems with her car. After taking my car two BMW for a new battery and they recommended 2 services that was roughly $3700 and also told me that although due to changing the battery I needed to get it programmed and that it would cost an additional $550. And advised me that I can pay it and they could do it but it could cause a bigger problem that would cost me $3500 if so. I told them just change the battery and took it straight to Apple Imports. I don't want to butcher the service guy name it's Aaron or Erin. But he's a genius! He knew exactly who I was every time i called, kept me updated on everything that they did, and even figured out the programming that BMW apparently screwed up! And didn't charge me anything additional! His genuine care to get my car fixed was amazing to me! I highly recommend this place to anyone. I haven't had any interaction with anyone else other than Aaron/Erin, but I can say he's awesome! And his customer service is phenomenal! We've been serious about buying a truck for a couple months now. Having trouble getting what we need and staying in the budget. We've gone out to a handful of places to be educated and have been interested enough to drive a couple of them. This place is all about trucks and they have a lot of the older models (not antiques by any means.) Anyway -we arrived with a couple trucks we had scoped out (they post on Craig's List) in mind. Blake grabbed the keys and we looked them over. He also showed us a couple other trucks that we might want to consider. We chose two to take for a spin. First one without running boards so due to the height of the cab I chose to stay behind. They are very relaxed our here -not pushy and don't insist on accompanying you but I really wanted someone to go out with the hubster on the test drive so one of the young men volunteered. When he returned since there was a type of running board ( not the kind I'm used to but more of a pipe-like structure) I decided I'd give getting up in it a try as it was my favorite of what we looked at. (Turned out to be a little rough on the broken leg, but I enjoyed the ride!) Blake was nice enough to talk to our youngest son (via phone)who is a wealth of knowledge and has been helping us. Listening to the two of them speak in car ease was interesting and bottom line we decided to make an offer. In an effort to stay in our budget the offer was 5K less than asking price-which is significant. Blake explained their mark-up and I asked bottom line what they could take. It ended up being about $500-$600 of sticker price. The truck may well have been worth it but that put it 3K over budget. We decided to think on it at least overnight and it's gotta be a no go for us. So why the rating???? Great customer service, pricing on the vehicles and plenty of inventory. We wish we could have worked out a deal but we will monitor their website and who knows-something might come along that we could be happy driving that's with in our budget! They were good to their word. When I arrived, I found the great-looking and mechanically sound truck I was interested in, pulled up front, waiting for my arrival. The photos and description represented it well. Initially, I was taken aback when they refused to negotiate the sales price. But, once they explained that they offer vehicles at fair prices -- and make sure that everyone gets the same fair deal, I understood the merits of this approach. Since the listed sales price was reasonable, I bought it. So, though unusual in my experience, this ended up being a hassle-free way to purchase a used truck. Wanting a grill guard and LED lights, they installed these improvements at a very reasonable cost, adding them to the purchase price. With this approach, they could bundle my upgrades into the vehicle loan, so I didn't have additional out-of-pocket expenses. After I agreed to purchase the vehicle, they efficiently handled all the paperwork. Due to the expertise of Centex, they streamlined the process with my credit union. They got me into my new (used) vehicle quickly. Centex made the entire process painless and fast. No surprises. All of the Centex employees were personable and professional. From the manager who handled the sale and processed the loan, to the employee who quickly drove to the State office to get my license plates, to the guy who accomplished the upgrades, to the helpful and knowledgeable owner, Centex's entire staff were all stellar. Every single one of them. Even though this business is a long way from where I live, I went back to them for service. Why? Because they do quality mechanical work, as well. My experience is that in addition to selling quality used vehicles, I can also trust them to do high-quality maintenance and repair work at a fair price.

I found out it was a valve leak, but when I first brought it up, the general manager was dismissive, arrogant, and rude, brushing it off and telling me the light would go away on its own (it didn't). When I came back, the communication was a disaster. The service team had no record of my visit, and I ended up having to go over to the BMW dealership just to wait. I wasted a full day waiting around for something that could have easily been taken care of in a reasonable timeframe if I hadn't been treated like a dismissed customer. To top it off, when the GM approached me later, he came with that exact same arrogant attitude.
