I have a really wide nail bed, so I have to get longer length and she talked me through that and assured I was very happy with what I got. It's a very family oriented establishment and they care about their customers as individuals rather than only being interested in the money that they make. Will definitely be coming back! She looked visibly annoyed that I interrupted her and rudely stated that it was just her there. I completely understand being busy, but basic customer service matters. A simple acknowledgment like "Hi, I'll be with you shortly" goes a long way. The service industry exists because of customers, so acting inconvenienced by someone walking in is not a good look. First impressions matter, and unfortunately this one was not welcoming. I ended up taking my money to another shop nearby, and honestly I am glad I did.
