I would be careful doing business with this company. There's a chance they will take your money that you work hard for and not provide you the service or parts. Not an honest business. Overall, the work was not done correctly, using the same bumper and painting part of it. They repaired the bumper and charged my insurance $4000. I would never recommend this company. I came back after all this to fix a simple paint job, and they wasted my time for two days and could not even do that. Terrible company. I hope they change their ways eventually. Biggest butcher shop in arizona...their booth never clean...they use crap materials..body work sucks..victir can't paint to save his life..nothing is prepped correctly...they don't use bully dog on plastic parts...over charge and fraud the insurance companies...I worked there and seen first hand...the owners are greedy and are bullshitters...my neighbor brock lewis brought his tahoe and they destroyed it...left parts off it...paint chipping..no color match...Brock filed lawsuit and made police reports...these people need be locked up for fraud... read more

Following a small accident, my vehicle was towed to Marana Auto Body for repair. The owner, Norma was my only point of contact. I asked if they were contracted with, Liberty Mutual, as a preferred repair shop. She said, yes and they worked with them regularly. My vehicle was at her shop for over two months. (with minimal-moderate damage.) I never received/ signed an authorization to begin repairs. No updates, estimate, photos, nothing. She said it took so long because parts were delayed lol.. I was skeptical, but I gave her the benefit of the doubt. I had to leave my vehicle because the panels and frame were out of alignment. It looked even worse than when it got there.. The LM Estimator agreed to ship it to Gerber Collision & Glass in Tempe. The estimator & Mechanic did a re-inspection and concluded, Marana Auto, did not replace any of the major parts on my vehicle. The radiator support is cracked in six places.. The Grille Assembly, Front Bumper, Etc. were never replaced! Plus, they pointed out additional damage under the fenders that was never even seen by LM or Marana.... Liberty Mutual just doesn't care lol.. I have made plenty effort, but nobody seems to think this is a big deal..?? They've been given plenty of opportunities, to do the right thing, but they choose not to... So the car I've had a year.. It is not safe to drive. I'm still paying off my loan.. And I might have to file bankruptcy.. I'm hoping the Attorney General will get to the bottom of this.. Apparently, it has been going on for years! I guess they've even changed their name. (and you can't rely on the insurance company.). So, always do your due diligence! &be careful out there! I was so angry since I was still going to have to pay 500$ to my insurance but lucky me I have Groupon and it saved me literally 99% I paid 45$ to get my whole car fixed!!! They even fixed my AC! Sadly I had hoped this day would not come. Back in September of 2016, I was rear-ended in my 2014 Mustang. My Brother who handles the commercial department at Orielly Auto Parts had worked with this shop for a while and recommended I go there. After talking to Norma I was told about how much they take perfection in their work seriously and on top of the work they were paid to do by insurance, I paid extra to have them repaint the whole outside of the car so it would be perfect. Sadly after three attempts, I started getting told I got a good paint job for the price they told me. They felt peeling paint, burn through marks from overuse of a buffer, dirt in the paint, runs, flaking paint among many other things was a sign of a good paint job. To me, Insurance and I expect OEM Quality in a repair. I provided the OEM Parts to use and told them many times what things would be needed. I had to show them differences they said did not exist, take the car back 3 different times only to have the same issues continue to happen all while being told this is a good job. I have reported them to the BBB and Arizona Attorney General's Office. I have had my Attorney send them letters to which they refuse to reply. I ended up filing a small claims case after having Gerber off I-10 Give me a quote to fix the paint and alignment issues (Not to mention the broken clips, tail lights not being flush as well as the passenger door striker not even being tightened down) at almost $6000. They have again ignored me and I filed for Default last week. I have no faith they will ever pay willingly to the settlement I asked for just as they couldn't even paint the vehicle right the first time or make it right even though they claimed perfect work and lifetime warranties on said work. I have many pictures which I sadly cannot post and even a video showing where the first time they took the car in to fix mistakes they repainted it a completely different color and tried to deliver it to me at night to hide it and multiple burn through marks from improper use of a buffer burning right through the paint to the original paint below it. Avoid this company and save yourself the nightmare, it should not be an unusual request to get OEM Quality when you have an insurance job and pay extra to paint everything making it easier to make sure everything matches. This was nothing more than lazy and unethical work with no concern for quality or reputation just the money they could get. ***Update*** I won my lawsuit last year and was awarded a judgment of over 3500 plus fees and interest. Yet still to this day, Marana Autobody has done nothing. I now have to attach liens to the property the company and Norma own in hopes they finally decide to deal with the issue and not just ignore me. I decided to go to Marana Auto and Body after my car got hit. I figured it's in my home town and they'd get the job done accurately. As far as the the dents went they did get them out. However I did not know there was a price to that. After the the dents were taken out of the left side of my car where the dens were, my window stopped working. I took it back so they could fix what was originally not broken I told them "the right side of my cars back window doesn't work but that's okay just leave it" they did fix the left side although it sounds like there's sand or something every time I roll it up or down and sometimes it doesn't work at all. I have to mess with the button for about 2min for it to work. That's not all. I assumed every thing was finally finished with my car, next thing I know I open the right door and it creeks as if it got hit or something. I was upset but glad that that's all it was. Unfortannitly it was not. Some how my handle in my car got really broken as well take in mind it's on the door I told them NOT to touch. So... I go back again. The guy says look I fixed it. Tried to shove the plastic from the door in I said "seriously that's it You're not going to fix the rest?" Then he said alright leave your car hear I'll add oil to your doors to stop the creeking come back for it later. When I go to pick it up he said he had fixed it in 5min while my car was there for 5hrs!! but he "didn't call because he figured I was busy." I told him "he never fixed the door where the plastic is" and he said "it's okay". Long story short my vehicle came out worse than it went in. My dad had taken my GT mustang in to get it fixed for my graduation, we had to take it back several times because the paint was two different tones and not glossy, could see holes where the used the bondo, sandpaper marks, when they took my wing and hood scoop off they had scratched the paint taking them off and said it wasn't them, then they had said they would buff my head lights and do my mirrors gloss black for the troubles, when i had gone to pick it up it wasn't good and had left trash in my car, the receptionist never answers the phone and also told me "take your show car that looks like shit and leave", wouldn't look like shit if we hadn't taken it to them. read more

I had a boat that slammed into the tailgate of my suburban and they took great care of us. They fixed my vehicle when someone broke into it and did lots of damage. I called Marana Auto Body because I wanted a quote with the type of work I was needing for my SUV. The lady that answered said she would find out the price and call me back. She never did. I ended up calling back a week later and asked if my husband and I can bring the vehicle for a quote. They gave me a date/time of when to come by. When I showed up, they weren't even there when they said they would be. They finally arrived 20 minutes later. A guy there took a look at my vehicle and quoted me a price. I thought the price was EXTREMELY reasonable. I was excited about having my car done by them and overlooked the fact that they never called me back from my initial call and then arrived late to my appointment. They saw how happy I was with their quote and told me to call back to let them know when I can bring back my vehicle to have it worked on. When I called back (that same day) I reminded her who I was and she remembered me and my husband from that morning. I then also reminded her of the price I was quoted. I was shocked when she proceeded to tell me that they would never quote a price like that. I told her that my husband and I heard the same thing and had even repeated that price before we left and they confirmed the quote. Now the lady was saying that they would never give a quote that low even though she was present when he said it. She then told me she would double check with the guy and call me back. A week later and I still haven't heard back from them. Big mistake! I have a lot of friends and family who were planning on using you in the future, but never will now. I sadly did not have a good experience with this auto shop. I live in Phoenix and my car got into an accident in Tucson, the car was randomly towed to the shop. From the first conversation until the last I felt very uncomfortable in the manner the shop handled my situation. They seemed so concerned about being a family owned business and needing my account. It left very little room in our conversation for my questions, concerns, and peace of mind that my car was going to be taken car of correctly. When I decided to get my car towed to another shop they reacted inappropriately and wouldn't release my car to the tow truck driver until the 2nd attempt. Even though they had zero verbal or written consent to do anything with my vehicle! I Never once believed their sincerity in doing what was best for me, their customer. read more

Our terrible experience seems to be never ending. They lied, cheated us and we continue to get bills! We took our car here in July and Norma assured us they would work with our insurance and take care of everything and that our out of pocket would be minimal. After scheduling a drop off time on a Monday and securing a rental through their on-site Hertz dealership we drove away thinking the repair would take 3 days. They didn't bother to call us and say it would take 3 more days until our insurance adjuster would be there, so they didn't start work until Friday. Nothing was done over the weekend and the car was ready on Wednesday evening. So we had a rental for 12 days and our insurance covered 3. After haggling with them they agreed to cover the weekend even though that was against their policy. We were out of pocket for the remaining days. The work itself was mediocre. The filler in the dent wasn't sanded down correctly and there are pockmarks and pitting. The dent was on a fender and the line is no longer straight. They offered to buff out the pitting, but I wanted nothing more to do with them. When I picked up the car I had a bill for triple what I expected because they wouldn't give me a written estimate because "they don't do that". They never called to give us a final cost and didn't get authorization to begin work. I don't know if they treat all their customers like this or just us because we had insurance and they figured they'd get paid either way. This place has always been a top notch shop. The owner Victor and his wife Norma has always done an excellent job on both of my BMW's. Along with honesty, integrity and excellence in service, I fully recommend this place to all my family and friends. I had to take in my BMW here just recently, and I knew I was in for some damage to my pocket book, but Victor did it without hurting my bank account. The repair work was completed and the car was painted exactly to the paint code, you cannot tell where the new paint ends and the original paint begins in less than 4 days.
