Amazing brunch spot! The brekky burrito was stuffed with sausage, bell peppers, onions, eggs, sausage, hash brown, and cheese. The maple syrup and blueberry compote for the pancakes were the perfect addition. The coffees were the perfect amount of sweetness and had a great coffee taste. Service was pretty fast! We did have to wait a while for a high chair, but the restaurant was busy with lots of kids so we understood. This is the perfect brunch spot for a small or large group. read more

Cute breakfast place. Food was good. We went really early on a weekend and didn't have to wait. Our server was attentive. They did have Bloody Mary for $14. Only thing I noticed was that workers were very busy looking at their phones and didn't notice customers coming in. But again, it was early in the morning and it wasn't that busy yet. read more

Just had brunch at Maple House for the 3rd time. Every time we have been it's been delicious! I have celiac and have enjoyed both breakfast and lunch with no issues. My (extremely) picky 7 yr old son LOVES the choc chunk pancakes and lemonade. He said we HAD to leave 5 stars, that's how good they are. Our server Megan was sweet, attentive, and just a wonderful person. I accidentally called her Angela, but her name is definitely Megan :) The food is simple, not overly fussy, just fresh food cooked with care. This has become our favorite spot! read more

The cinnamon rolls were biscuits. I was so disappointed. My hash browns weren't as browned as I had hoped, but still good shredded potatoes. I'm sorry for this, but the coffee is terrible. It's burnt or bottom of pot. Maybe they should get a different coffee supplier. Really horrid. Mud. The service was outstanding. The house sausage was delicious. Eggs done perfectly. Toast was also delicious, but very limited jam choices. If we can get the food to match the environment & service, this will be a wonderfully successful spot. I'll keep supporting. So Far so good. First visit to the new Maple House. Things that aren't too important...... Modern decor with the original brick walls. Very tastefully done and not cheap. Things slightly more important..... Staff was excellent. Fast, polite, knowledgeable. (*we did go on a Wednesday morning) Most important..... Lemon Ricotta pancakes were excellent. Real Blueberry Compote. Whipped butter. Meat lovers skillet was good. Exactly what you would expect a good skillet to taste like. Also had a good Bloody Mary. Bloody Marys are very subjective. Some like them spicy, some Salty, some like them to look like a 4 course meal. This was homemade, a bit spicy, lemony, and served with sweet bacon, olives, celery, and I think celery salt rim. * The star of the show was the Bonuts. They were like mini apple orchard donuts, but slightly crispier on the outside, warm, and served with mascarpone and that homemade blueberry compote. The only negative. The great - we started off with iced oat milk vanilla and toasted marshmallow lattes. Not too sugary and a nice caffeine punch. We also really enjoyed our entrees - the Veggie skillet (sub Swiss for feta) and the big maple. What is standout also was the quality ingredients - there isn't anything "different" to what you can get at other diners but you can TASTE the difference. And, for the price it's by far a better value here. Couple of logistical kinks to work out: Clean the table before seating people, nothing was moving that fast that they needed to seat us before doing that. We stumbled into the spot over the weekend during their soft launch. Super cute ambience, excellent service, and pretty good food to boot! The omelette was pretty standard, as was the Greek salad. Food was really good and tasty. Portion size as expected to large - the chicken sandwich was great and Lemmon pancakes to die for. Servers seem a bit busy but very friendly. This is the best restaurant in South Lyon unless you are looking for a coney joint, bar food or fast food. I would expect to find Maple in Brighton, Milford or even Birmingham. The ambiance is wonderful and noise level reasonable for the high ceiling. Some of the negative reviews, like drip coffee refills, are valid for a coney place, but ok for this scale of resturant. My only note is that I wish the steak was seasoned better! I also have ordered the cinnamon rolls as a starter on 2 separate occasions and each time they came out after the food. Had an amazing brunch! Everything we ordered was delicious... including my vanilla oat coffee. I even brought my two toddler nephews and the staff were so friendly with them. They made us feel at home and so welcome. The boys loved their pancakes, sausage, eggs and LOVED their bacon! bros. the chicken sandwich was fried in house (i think) and it was GAS. i usually get really bad heartburn but this chicken sandwich was fantastic. the burger was also 10/10. our server michaela (i think) was also very sweet and quick with everything. the specialty coffee should NOT be $7. that is the only thing i would change. definitely do not show up here lookin like a bum because the interior is way too nice for that. love this place definitely my go to read more

We got here around 1:30 on Mother's Day today and it was completely full. They were able to sit me and my fiance with no problem as they are very good about matching size of party to table size! It was busy, so it was a long wait for food, which they immediately warned about because of the busy holiday (we didn't mind and had figured this going in)But it didn't matter considering the effort and work put in and the amount of times we were checked on and apologized too (which totally was unnecessary!!). We loved to see it so full considering it just opened! We will be back time qnd time again. The burrito was amazing along with the brioche French toast. 3 hour wait to get food. We were quoted an hour to an hour and a half wait. Eggs were over cooked, hash browns under cooked, French toast was supposed to be well done and it came out eggy, and our fruit cup had moldy strawberries and we still had to pay for it. Very disappointing. read more

Food was pretty good and the venue is beautiful. Unfortunately, I had the worst experience with owner. She was tending the bar and was very unfriendly. I was seated at the bar with some friends, and we could hear her loudly yelling at her staff. She was also complaining about an employee who called in sick and talking poorly about her to the staff as well. She then accused my friends and I of talking about her. She proceeded to yell at us in front of other guests and then accused us of being under the influence. It was 9:30 am. Her temper got the best of her and my friends, and I will never be back. We are all local and would love to support this business but all we can do now is tell everyone our story. read more
