After I left a comment - it was only then that I received an email response. To our disappointment she made an excuse of why she didn't show professionalism. We all have busy schedules. If you're running a business, in order to stay in business you have to demonstrate professionalism and communicate effectively with your customers. If you can't provide the services, communicate that effectively with your customers. Sending an email is not that difficult. A customer is giving you business in order for you to stay a float. I literally ate a plate of them. The Tex-Mex Wontons are delicious. The flowers were more beautiful than I had pictured them. The deserts were unbelievable - so tasty! There was almost none left. Patty really listened to what we wanted and worked with us to customize every little detail and really make it feel personal. She also worked with our budget to make sure we wouldn't spend more than we wanted, but so that we would have everything the way we wanted it. We booked a venue with an on-site coordinator who, in fairness, didn't end up doing a whole lot on the actual day. Patty and her team were a GODSEND. They took care of every little hiccup so that I wouldn't have to deal with it, and they did so calmly and efficiently so that I didn't even have a chance to worry about it. These are the kind of people you want and need with you on your big day. And just to clarify, I didn't hire her for the day-of coordination, but she handled all of these extra things for me anyways. We booked Patty more than a year and a half before our wedding, giving me plenty of time to worry and re-think things. I thought I knew everything I wanted and how I wanted it when we booked her, but regardless of the utterly ridiculous amount of times I contacted her to question everything or to change this tiny detail or that huge one, she never complained and she always got back to me within a reasonable amount of time, normally that day or the next. I even emailed her to ask to change the color of the table cloths the week of the wedding and she still managed to get it done. When I changed all of the bouquets and boutonnières, sending pictures of examples I had gotten off of Pinterest, she seemed enthusiastic about the changes and made them look even better than the pictures, and better than I had imagined. When I forgot the table numbers I made and the coolers for the ice, Patty's team took care of it. I cannot thank them enough. I hesitated in the beginning as she did not have many reviews, but I am so glad I didn't let that stop me from booking her. Both Patty and her team/family are so kind and professional. They're a real class act. You could tell she truly cared about every detail and really worked hard to do what she could to make our day flawless and special. It was like having my grandmother cater my wedding. I couldn't imagine anything better.
