I really wanted to get a slice of pie AND a scoop of ice cream separately / on the side, but I think the only way to do that was to order a slice of pie w the ice cream à la mode, and to separate them after. I ordered a lemon custard blueberry compote pie with thai tea ice cream à la mode. The flavors didn't go well together and I wanted to have them separately, so I separated them after I let my iPhone eat first. The pie was amazing and the ice cream was perfect. I'm actually surprised at how well they nailed the Thai Tea flavor! Would totally come back next time I'm in Santa Rosa :)

In my opinion, Noble Folk not only has the best ice cream in Sonoma County, but also some of the best pies and cupcakes. They do just about everything dessert as well as support other local businesses and local farms. They have a wonderful assortment of merch you can buy and they also have a great staff of people who work for them. On this particular visit, we came in for ice cream. Their ice cream flavors are really unique and fun, with lots of flavors and textures. Tonight I tried their Sticky Toffee flavor, which was superb. I am also very partial to their Dutch Chocolate and their Earl Grey ice cream. Besides their ice cream, I've also had their pie on several occasions including ordering their pies for holidays. They are a great business to support so please stop on by and check it out!

I searched Yelp for a good ice cream spot and found Nimble & Finn's. Upon entering, we were surprised by the really cute decor and ambiance of the place. They had unique and creative ice cream flavors and I really liked that they combined two of my favorites - Lavender and Honeycomb. They also had Creme Brûlée, which I also liked, so I convinced my husband to get it. I'm glad he got that coz I got to try both and was very satisfied. Even my husband who is not really into sweets actually enjoyed his ice cream and finished it! Oh how I wish they had a location here in SF so I can just have it any time and try their other flavors. But if you're ever in Santa Rosa, you got to give Nimble & Finn's a try. It's totally worth it. Also bring a cooler with you so you can bring home this ice cream goodness!

The lavender flavor paired very nicely with the honeycomb candy regardless! If I'm ever in Santa Rosa, I will definitely be back!!

Service was decent but they didn't go out of their way for anything. Some manual labor because of the splattering of cream and 1 mini candy (yes mini and I mean the small Reese's tiny cup not the mini size - we're talking the ultra mini) mixed in to the ice cream prepared on the ice slab. I think they were going for an Instagram-able vibe but that is definitely was not. Save some money and goto Cold Stone.

We warmed them up in the oven and put a little bit of ice cream on top and it was simply wonderful. The apples and the apple pie were nice and tart and the berries were sweet.
