This is located in my neck of the woods. I'm not sure if this is a sin or a curse living near by. I wanted to get my friend something for her birthday, I decided to get the Banana Pudding cupcake for her. Ok. I was not interested in Bundt cakes. Nothing about them seemed appealing to me. I was sent here to pick up a catering order for work. Right when I walked in the smell was intoxicating. Smelled so good you could taste it. If they made a body spray I'd soak in it. The store was very cute with lots of little patty supplies and last min cutesy kitcheny gifts. The cakes all came individually wrapped. They looked so good! Very festive. A perfect one off gift or office treat. You can get the bundtlet towers in single, double or even triple size. took my friend out for a treat. She has been really sick for the past few weeks with cancer. We decided to go to get cake at Nothing Bundt Cake in Coddlingtown Mall in Santa Rosa, CA. I got the carrot bundtlet ( mini cake). My friend got the Whte chocolate Raspberry bundtlet. There was no seating inside or outside. I asked for forks or spoons, and they told me the only ones they had were the little gold specialty forks, and they were for sale. I guess they didn't have napkins either, because there were none in the bag. I found a place outside that was out of the sun and ok for my frail friend to sit. I went to my car and got forks and napkins for us to use. I have to tell you the carrot cake was not really carrot cake. I saw a few specks of carrots, and I had to look hard to find them. It was about 3 tiny specks. There were 2 tiny pieces of pineapple, I only found them while I was looking for the carrots. There really wasn't anything it it would make it carrot cake, I would say it would be a spice cake. The white Raspberry chocolate cake was soggy and tasted nothing like white chocolate. Each little cake costs $ 5.50 My receipt wasn't even correct. I bought 2 white chocolate and one carrot cake. My receipt said I bought 2 white chocolate and 1 chocolate chocolate chip little bundtlet, I didn't order chocolate and didn't get chocolate, I guess the cash register couldn't print our that I had carrot cake, because even it knew there were no real carrots in the cake Next time, we will go to Whole Foods . Their carrot cake has carrots and all the other ingredients that make a carrot cake a carrot cake and have seating and forks and napkins. We won't be going back to Nothing Bunt Cakes. read more
