I followed his instructions fully and heard a loud bang/hit under my car. I stopped, reversed and went back through the bay after asking the guy that led me, if I needed to turn my wheel to the left or right. I was greeted by a female who asked how I was. I told her I heard a bang or hit from underneath my car as the guy ahead of me incorrectly led me into the bay. She then let the guy know what I said to which she replied, " he said he guided you in and told you to turn but you didn't listen to him". I told her "no no we ain't doing that" I looked straight at the guy who led me in the bay and said "really? You're going to put that on me? You're the one that was suppose to guide me in!" He didn't even apologize or have the balls to admit to his mistake he just shrugged his shoulders and smirked at me. Since the girl that greeted me showed no care or concern about how I felt or what happened with the sound that came from under my car, I told her I was leaving and was going to a different location. As I drove out of the bay the girl that greeted me, the guy that lead me in through the bay and another guy next to him cheered out loud and thanked me sarcastically for coming in. Completely unprofessional of them to even cheer for my exit knowing how upset I was and the mistake they had made with me. They never acknowledged their mistake or apologized to me for what happened. I've NEVER in the 15 years I've been a customer of Valvoline, have I ever experienced such rude, unprofessional or condescending attitudes from a bunch of punk kids like the ones from the Valvoline on Cypress.
