Great breakfast/brunch spot. They have the best French Toast and Avacado Toast. The building is really cool and has a lot of history.

Food is alright but the service is very slow. Had to go up to the bar multiple times for water. Tried to get the waiters attentions multiple times and just kept talking to the other waitress. When it was time to leave, I had to wait an additional 20 minutes to finally get the bill. Not really worth my time going here. read more

I love to go to Mansour's for breakfast on Saturday, when lemon ricotta pancakes are the fixed special - delicious. I've enjoyed lunch there a few times. They use my favorite "Electric City Roasting Co." coffee, ethically sourced and know how to make a good vanilla latte. The restaurant space is truly a gem. Place is amazing. We arrived at 1:45 after jumping the line at the Coal Mine Tour just to make it here before closing at 2:00. I'm glad we did. Everything on the menu looked really good. We settled on Mansour's grilled cheese made with brie, turkey, spinach and cranberry sauce; I had the Prescott Melt: tuna, Cooper cheese and jalapeños on grilled whole wheat...top notch. My grand nephew had a regular grilled cheese. Ample free parking on the street. Friendly servers all reasonably priced. Too many neat things on this menu to ignore. We'll be back! read more

First off, we like the place BUT you missed the mark today. Italian tuna is by definition packed in olive oil and has an entirely different flavor from tuna packed in water. What you've listed on your menu and are selling as Italian tuna isn't. Your up-charge - which is commensurate with Italian tuna prices - is disingenuous. In fact your wait staff confirmed you are mixing tuna packed in water with olive oil and calling it Italian tuna, you should change your menu. read more

The 4 of us stopped by for a late lunch. The building itself has a lot of character with what looks like the original tin ceilings throughout. With a fairly large menu, the food was very good. The French Dip (something you don't see all that much anymore) was delicious as was the special Monte Cristo sandwich. The soup/salad and soup/half sandwich were also very good. For a late Saturday afternoon timeframe, we could see why it was fairly full. Well worth another visit. With soda/coffees/tax & tip the bill came to around $54 read more

The Building is from the late 1800s and looks promising upon walking in. That was the end of the "goodness." Food and service are mediocre at best. And as my wife put it, "it's like they didn't put any effort into either the food or service!" Sad to say the reviews were VERY misleading. Great atmosphere, but food and service are lacking. A group of us went to Mansour as it was rated highly on yelp. Decided to wander on here on our mini road trip from Binghamton to Tannersville for lunch. At first we were very excited with the raving reviews and the variety of burgers. We ordered the chili soup, the manci sandwich, the chicken salad sandwich and a few varieties of their burger. Once we ordered, the service was realllly slow. It took about 30-45 mins to get our food. While the waitress was really nice, they all lack the attentiveness of a good waiting staff. About 20 mins into our order, they came out and ask how we like our burgers cooked... huh? You mean it not almost ready!??! The manci, which is just a grilled chicken sandwich and all the burgers were pretty lacking. The burger was over cook for mediums... and the buns (rolls) were pretty hard to chew through. On top of that, the order does come with fries.... it's either chips or macaroni salad. We didn't like chips so opted for the salad only to find out that there weren't any left at like 12pm, weird.... which restaurant runs out of salad midday? Maybe they had a realllly busy morning but still... Burgers were blah and I definitely had much better. Honestly with all this said, I would have rather stopped by a Wendy's or McDs. I would have enjoyed it better and paid a lot less. Pros: super clean bathrooms! We were a camp earlier and it was good to stop in and have a real clean and proper toilet. Our waitress is super nice. This is a nice little place for breakfast/brunch! The baked goods definitely stood out to me vs the eggs, although I had simple poached eggs rather than the specials on their menu so maybe I could be the one to blame! i really wanted to like this place but i just cannot justify it. i went with two friends because one of them recommended that we should go. the ambiance of the restaurant is very nice and there are some really cute details inside. about a 15 minute wait which was not terrible. after we were seated our waiter came up asking for drinks. after reading a couple reviews i think his name is michael, and he's part of management or ownership or something. i initially asked if we could order our food at the same time since we were hungry and knew what we wanted, and he snapped and said he needs to do drinks first. about 10 minutes later he gives the drinks, says nothing and walks away. another 10 minutes go by and he walks up to the table and just stares at us and says nothing. literally silently looming over the table. we all stared at him back for a good while until he asks "ready?". food took about 20 minutes to come back. i got the morning nap and all of my food was cold except for the home fries. we didn't see our waiter at all until he came to our table to drop the check again saying nothing. my food was mediocre, and service with michael was just miserable. everyone has bad days but this seems like a consistent issue that clearly has not been fixed. the other waitresses seemed very sweet and if we were waited on someone else i'm positive i would not be leaving this review. highly recommend keystone restaurant in scranton over this place. read more

This is without a doubt the best brunch I have ever had in my quarter of a century-ish lifetime. Service astounded me as impeccable. Our waitress had to be one of the nicest, most down to Earth people I have ever met in my life. I cannot get over how amazing it was that they anticipated every single one of our needs so well - from bringing out the ketchup and hot sauce before we had to ask (this is a first, people) to asking if we needed a bag for our to-go jar of pepper jelly from the cute market-store in the restaurant. I wish I remembered our waitress' name because she seriously deserves a bonus. :) To add to our amazing service, our food was incredible! I loved the "granana" - a banana covered in peanut butter and granola and subsequently drizzled in honey. Unique and delicious. Because we had a big day of skiing ahead of us, the man friend and I ordered eggs and such. Everything was super yummy, not to mention an unbeatable price. This was such a perfect place to visit prior to skiing. I love how it's basically a dual market and restaurant. Absolutely adorable decor and just fancy enough that you feel like you're making the most out of brunch :) We found out the hard way when we stumbled in wearing our heavy duty snow/ski gear haha! ...tourists... :) I have to hand it to Scranton, you knocked me off my brunch-lovin' socks! read more

Pretty good breakfast spot. Had the mushroom/cheese omelette which was good, a little dry and could have used a some salt. Lots of mushrooms, but needs more cheese for flavor. The sausage patty was really good, dense and flavorful; definitely a winner. The granana (banana covered in peanut butter, rolled in homemade granola, and drizzled with honey) was outstanding. I was looking for a cool lunch joint in the area, and this is just what I had pictured in my mind. Seasonal sandwiches and salads with a nice rustic feel. I had the Thanksgiving turkey sandwich which was great, though I wish there was some more cranberry sauce on it to really bring out the sweetness. My dad had a butternut squash soup and a salad. Everything was good. Not sure if I'll make it back since I'm rarely in the area, but there is plenty on the menu that looked good and I would love to try. read more

This is a great lunch spot - went with my mom last week. The staff were all wearing masks and compliant with protocols. I've wanted to try this place for a while and am so glad I finally did! Stopped in for lunch this week and had a delicious grilled chicken sandwich with prosciutto, goat cheese, white wine apricot jam, and spring mix (menu said arugula but I didn't mind the spring mix substitution.) I chose their side of the day which was a yummy pasta salad... only about a quarter of a cup but it was enough, because the sandwich was a nice size. It said it came with a pickle which was actually just a single pickle slice; I'd take that blurb off the menu because it's kind of deceiving. The place is very cute and has a casual feel. I will definitely return to try some of their other sandwiches... would like to try breakfast too. read more

Met my kids here for breakfast. My daughters waffles and sausage with maple syrup, my son's granana, and my avocado-spinach fried egg-bacon toast were all awesome. All inside a turn of the century storefront complete with big beautiful windows and the metal plate high ceilings of that era. Being from NYC I was having brunch withdrawl; luckily my fellow Yelpers came to my rescue. First thought: Mansour's is a beautiful restaurant. Makes you feel like you've stepped back into time. We were catered to promptly which was a bonus! Brunch varies weekly but luckily enough I came on a day where some beautiful combinations were being served; pumpkin pecan & cranberry pancakes, your traditional sides of breakfast potatoes, scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage as well as roast beef and TRUFFLE Mac & Cheese, biscuits with sausage gravy, yogurt with the fixin's as well as desserts (I was too full to partake). Tea, Coffee & juice are included with your price and based on your party size you should estimate to spend $25 per person. This place is truly a gem with great staff and management. Brunch is from 9am-1pm, we arrived at 10:30am and closer to noon a lot of people came in in large groups so be prompt; as a courtesy I'd call ahead if you plan on having a large amount of people in your party size. Mansour's, I love ya, but the wait time to get your food is downright painful. It was getting better for a very brief period of time, but then the last time I went in on a Saturday it was nearly stressful. Walked in at 11 AM, promptly sat down at the counter, and didn't get our food until 11:50 AM. I'm not expecting fast food service, but then again I don't think it's unreasonable to want to eat within at least 30 minutes of sitting down. Yes, they are generally slammed, but there was one evening were my companion and I were literally the only people in the whole place, and it still took nearly 45 minutes to get our food! It's a beautiful space with friendly staff and delicious, fresh food and coffee--just don't plan on stopping in for a quick bite. read more
