They are not able to conduct themselves in a professional manner and treat people as if they have no knowledge. If you want to be treated poorly and talked down to like you have no value, then this is the place for you. To top off the unprofessional, I disclosed that I had a disability in which they asked specifically what it was. The recruiter also WROTE IT DOWN and specified my disability and my previous injury. With that information they violated the ADA, which is illegal, so good job Express.

My recruiter, Caitlin was on top of all my expenses from collecting my receipts from getting my compact license, buying scrubs, and my odometer after I drove 1000 miles to get to the new hospital. My first company wasn't this on it. And I wasn't reimbursed for travel expenses like my flight and even had to pay out of pocket for my physicals and immunizations. Don't get me wrong, it was a great company, but Host is even better. Also, whenever I tell other travel nurses what I'm getting paid, they are always like, "What?! That's really good. Who's your recruiter?" Anyway, I highly recommend Host and make sure you request Caitlin Pullen. She is very transparent about the jobs, pay rates, and what to expect when traveling to each hospitals. Any traveler knows that sometimes the job and contracts fall through and unfortunately that did happen to me, but Caitlin got me a new contract with an even better rate within the week.
