I have tried contacting multiple people at this agency by phone and text, yet I rarely receive a…read moreresponse. I have done exactly that several times, but weeks go by without a single text, call, or follow-up. It has now been over a month, and I still have yet to receive any response. To make matters worse, even when you comment and they give you a phone number that the agency provides in the comment section of the job posting, it does not help whatsoever. There is still no response, no follow-up, and no communication. This has become extremely frustrating and exhausting. It's honestly hard to understand how this agency continues to operate with such poor communication and lack of follow-through. This level of unprofessionalism is exactly why people struggle to take staffing agencies seriously. If you expect people to take the opportunities you provide seriously, then your agency should also take its responsibility to communicate with applicants seriously. They are very personable and friendly, especially the CEO, Natalie Viani, and my recruiter, Jessica Bailey. They are also very professional and efficient. They pay me weekly. Total time between invoicing and electronic payment is 11 days. They have never been late. Once, I forgot to invoice for one week, and I didn't realize it until the following Monday. I sent the invoice then and told them I didn't expect payment until the following week, but they paid me that Friday, just four days later! That is outstanding service! Their recruiters are very good too. They have never wasted my time by contacting me about positions that aren't a good match for me, and they helped me get two of the best jobs I've had. I can't recommend VIA too highly. You won't regret working with them.
