We have purchased a few appliances from Manny's and have always found the sales reps to be patient and informative. We recently needed a new refrigerator (our current one died without notice, of course) being that this is such a high demand appliance I dreaded the whole process. To add to the difficulty I needed a less then popular color, counter depth refrigerator. We went to a few places to shop/price comparison, most places made us feel like what we were asking for was difficult and required a special order, that would take 3+ weeks. Imagine living without a refrigerator for 3+ weeks. Manny's price was the same as all of their competitors in addition they offered the best delivery date. I was really impressed with the delivery process, it was flawless. I received the call on the day I expected it, they called with my 4 hour window, and arrived on time. They were in and out of my house in a very short period. Most importantly they did not damage anything inside my home while performing the delivery. The last delivery I had (June 2017) the delivery company caused damage and we are still trying to resolve this issue, 7 months later. This company truly cares about their customers. Thanks David Lunden and the entire Manny's Team read more

I want to share our excellent experience with Manny's Appliances. We recently worked with Ryan who went above and beyond to spend time with us. We remodeled our kitchen and with his help, we purchased all new appliances for our new kitchen. This included a stove, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. The delivery was on time and the delivery people were meticulous with the way they delivered everything and were careful with moving everything in. They did not rush and were patient with us. We have always purchased all of our appliances from Manny's over the years and our experience has always been the best! Ryan spent a great deal of time with us and followed up with us to be sure we were happy. All of the sales staff are polite and very helpful. You can't go wrong with Manny's. Thank you! M. Manny's is my go to appliance store. Was a loyal Belcher's customer and am pleased to see Manny kept the staff in Framingham and the service and sales is as reliable and excellent as ever. On Monday my Speed Queen washer was not working. Scheduling the repair was simple and efficient. The repair work was done the NEXT DAY by Ben. He was knowledgable and highly competent. Ben quickly diagnosed the issue and not only fixed it, but taught me how to avoid the issue in the future. He also gave me a marvelous tutorial on dos and don'ts for my washer. My refrigerator, gas stove and washing machine all came from Manny's (or Belchers). I know a good thing when i find it. Grateful and satisfied in Holliston. JoY read more

Professional and prompt service is a hallmark of Manny's Appliances in Wilbraham. Specifically, I want to commend Ryan and say he is one of the most outstanding sales people at this Manny's store. Ryan is patient, yet persevering when it comes to pleasing and assisting his customers. He goes to great lengths to spend as much time as it takes to assist a customer. Our family has purchased all new appliances for our kitchen, with Ryan as my sales person. Often times, Ryan will go beyond the normal scope of his duties to help with all questions. He never cuts the time short. We will look forward to working with Ryan again. read more

I recently purchased a new microwave from Manny's and had an issue with the door not opening upon heating food more than 5 minutes. Manny sent a technician by the name of Jonathan. He is thorough and went the extra mile to fix my microwave. No need was there for a replacement just some minor adjustments. I would strongly recommend him to others. He is thoughtful and careful in respecting people's property and finds a solution to fix an appliance. read more

We bought a package deal including stove, frig, dishwasher and microwave with a manufacture rebate. The rebate was going to expire in about 10 days. The rebate process was cumbersome and a little confusing. With a lot of help from George (Mannys) we were able to get the rebate in time. They also promptly answered a couple of install issues I had. I would recommend them to my friends and family. read more

Spoke with Janet in repair who went above and beyond to assist me with my fridge repair but also was helpful in adding on an extended warranty on my washer which I inadvertently did not purchase. She was friendly, helpful and went out of her way to help me. She sure put a smile on my face today even with a broken fridge. read more

I want to say what a pleasure it was to work with Kathy on my service call.
