I had two experiences which Whirlpool washer I purchased four years ago, First one is about the door lock, error code was E01 F03, I looked after the solution by googling and YouTube. That thing was not easy when you encounter first time, I called them the service, Bob came in same day, he fixed for me, I paid because, the time was just passed the warranty period. The second time was happened just couple of days ago. This time was not the door issue but about the drain pump which is not working. I called them, and they scheduled me next day, then they ordered the pump and fixed the next day, it costs me about two hundreds which include the cost of service and the pump. I called the other service center for the repair, when I was waiting. They said, they will charge me $99.00 even though there is no repair. Maybe, I try to show that what is the better option to choose when you have similar occasion. I suggest their Good service and better timing. Thanks Bob.

At least one major appliance cost more than it's "big chain" competition, but I try to do business with smaller shops like Quimby's. The appliances so far are mostly satisfactory. I do not deserve to be spoken to so rudely and disrespectfully for any reason - especially at these prices.

Alan and coworker came out the next day and…read morerepaired it. while repairing the washer I was telling them about my kitchenaid refrigerator that I had called for repair the week before with a different company. (other company did not do repairs for speed queen). My kitchenaid refrigerator stop making ice. but every now & then would drop a few ice cubes. the 1st repair co. told me I needed a new ice maker & the cost would be $735. Alan stated if it was making ice then he didn't think I needed a new ice maker. I scheduled him to come out & diagnose the problem. His tech came out the following day. Long story short my problem was accumulated dust on the coils front & back. he cleaned them out & the next day my ice maker was working and still is. Alan and his workers are honest people and knowledgeable! He saved me $735 less service call fee which I was happy to pay! Also this was second time the ice maker stopped working. I replaced it the first time but now I'm wondering was it really broken or just dust on the coils. I would definitely recommend Allen's Appliance

Our flooring was raised kinda like they built the kitchen around the dishwasher and we didnt want to take any chances. We called day and evening, they came out and looked at our current dishwasher and advised us on what to get....no charge. We go get the dishwasher, the day of install comes and day and evening come back. Unfortunate for us I bought a closed bottom dishwasher which requires a plumber. Instead of charging us for the 30 or so minutes they were here, they hooked us up with their plumber who will be here in the next day to install and didnt charge us for the trip out here. This is how you do business. They could of charged us for both trips out and with gas being $4 right now I would of understood that, but instead they said no worries and shook our hand. We have used this company a few times and they know they are our go to when SHTF and things like this is the reason WHY i'd never call anyone else to fix any of our appliances. They aren't out to get over on their customers or make a quick buck. They are there to do a job, do it right and do it fair and in 2026 that is often overlooked. So thank you Day and Evening crew, you will always have business from us as long as you're around.
