Very friendly atmosphere coupled with wonderful food. The food portions are great and the tastes are amazing. A terrific experience to enjoy and to further recommend. All Five Stars A must try restaurant. read more

Delicious food and it came out pretty quickly! Restaurant is humble but clean. The man at the counter was quiet but polite. Giving it only 4 stars because it is quite pricy for the amount of food you get. Our meal was $35 and we were still hungry when we left. read more

Food is good. Nice people. It's a small place but decent. Prices are average. I'd recommend.

Meditation salad w/ chicken was amazing and refreshing. Healthy option if you are looking for one (not many options in Evansville) They have a drive thru and friendly staff. Food was ready in 3-5 mins. I paid $30.32 for 2 plates (she covered the .32) Next time I will go in and eat. read more

I came here for a quick lunch, and was quickly greeted. The menu is simple, and a little Pricey, but the ingredients are premium. I ordered the gyro plate with falafel, and was not disappointed. The building is unassuming and plain, but that's part of the charm. read more

Very nice owners. Took the time to let us know what was good and what they recommended. The place is pretty spacious for a quick bite to eat. Everything is made fresh to order. I enjoyed our late lunch and will visit again soon. Thanks read more

Love this place. The food is freshly prepared and always delicious. The owners and operators are nice and helpful at making suggestions. I always get the vegetarian platter and it never disappoints. The grape leaves are the best! read more

Good service and food very good, and clean restaurant overall! Would go back!! Good area to go to!!

Great food and great service! My go to for a quick takeout for dinner which is very healthy choice!

Food is delicious and authentic as well as freshly prepared. I stopped in and wanted to take a sampler tray to some friends. They accommodated, helped me choose items and arranged nicely. My friends really enjoyed! read more

We love Manna! Ordered our usual gyro combo tonite, Always Fresh, Yummy and fast. Great value for the price! Plus, the owner always remembers my daughter and is so friendly. Great restaurant-not a chain- we highly recommend! 5 stars!!! read more

Really good food, kinda pricey for a lunch stop. Almost $40 after tip for two lunch Shawarma plates (one chicken one lamb) and an appetizer of Grape Leaves. Only 2 pieces of Falafel as a side on lunch plates, for the price should include at least 4. All in all, really good food, just can't see spending that kinda $ on lunch very often. ‍ read more

Manna Mediterranean Grill - Lamb Shawarma, and Grape Leaves. Tasty! - Mediterranean Near Me - Evansville, Indiana

Good food. Not many Mediterranean places around anymore. I've been here a couple times. Usually just Ohno for a gyro. Had one. It was loaded up. Really good. My wife had the tabouleh. It wasn't great. Parsley may have been older and tomatoes didn't have much flavor. I'll go back. read more

Manna Mediterranean Grill - Great food, excellent service, welcoming environment! - Mediterranean Near Me - Evansville, Indiana

Worst mediterranean food we've ever had. The pita bread was thick and tough. the lamb was as tough as you can get it. the gyro was dry ,total skimped on the sauce. All the sauces were blah and skimpy (4 tables spoons for two people. Small so-called greek salad was enough for one person. No dressing. Farfalle was hard and dry, no flavor. Will never return! read more

This review is long overdue! My husband and I LOVE Manna Grill!!! We eat here on a weekly basis (only place we eat out). We love it so much that they catered our wedding meal! Our family and friends raved about how delicious our wedding dinner was, even a year later! We feel an apart of the family and love this place dearly!!! read more

Always fresh and so good. Service is always prompt and the Manna family makes me feel at home. A meal prepared for me. I've known a few places that deliver on that. I tend to be a return customer to those establishments. See you at Manna! read more

If there were a negative star, I would tag it. Pictures on menu very deceiving. Ordered chicken kabobs. Picture showed golden brown kabobs on a grill. What you get is 6 very small bit size pale nugets that look like processed chicken from freezer and tasted like microwaved. NOT OFF THE GRILL KABOBS ON A STICK! Very deceptive. Came with 2 very small sides for a ridiculous price of $17.00! Highly recommend you do not waist your money there. I will never go back. read more

I was so disappointed today. I'd eaten at Manna several times over the past 6 years. I'd always had a pleasant experience. I'd moved to Newburgh, so after a doctor's appointment today, I was excited to eat there again. I was looking forward to taking my husband this time. I ordered the Mixed Grill Platter,($19.99) and my husband ordered the Chicken Shawarma,($19.99) With soft drinks, and tip, our bill was ($49.00) My Mixed Grill Platter consisted of 3 small pieces of chicken, which was dry and tasteless, 3 small pieces of dry , old tasteless lamb, and a few pieces of cold, dry, tasteless Gyro meat. The 2 super dry pieces of Falafel we're overcooked and hard to chew. And the rice was dry and tasteless as well. My husband couldn't even chew his Chicken Shawarma. What a waste of hard earned money. We will NOT be returning. So sad and disappointed. I used to love eating there. What happened ??? read more

Checked this place out based on reviews. It's a nice fast food type of place. Food was good and authentic. Not a fancy sit down restaurant. read more

Nasty ass food, worst Mediterranean I've ever had. Shush kabob was dry af and literally look like three stiff turds on my plate, as well as the rice dry and bland, zero flavor. The tabbouleh was awful, and flavorless. Won't be coming here again. Well maybe if I need to get a fork from them to eat the crappy panda I had the other day. read more

Fresh and delicious homemade food with generous portions. The owner and servers are very friendly and willing to answer questions. My favorite is the vegetarian combination platter. The falafel is fantastic. I could eat a tub of their baba ganoush; it's so smoky and creamy. read more

The service and food is always top notch! Restaurant is very clean and well taken care of. One of my favs!

Best mediterranean in Evansville. Maybe the state of Indiana. Probably the midwest. Pro-tip: Get extra falafel as a side. It will change you. read more

Oh, Manna. Manna is somehow both the warmest of hugs and also the most unassuming, probably a little uncomfortable to outsiders, hole in the wall. But let me explain. The appearance on the outside... and the inside... leaves room for improvement. It's just an old, reused chicken joint. But it doesn't have to be pretty to be soooo dang good. So good. SO good. My favorite is the vegetarian platter because I can't ever just pick one thing, but I've never had a bad meal there. It's all good. I could eat my weight in baklava and I would feel no regret. The staff feels like family from your first visit to your millionth. They're warm and comfortable and just really nice people. I think I'll have some Manna for lunch tomorrow! Come join me! read more

Friendly atmosphere, fresh food, and full of loyal customers. Walking into Manna Mediterranean Grill, it doesn't appear to be anything special, but everything after that is a great experience. The staff was super friendly and engaged me in conversation. All around you could see loyal customers that knew their way around. Finally, the food was great. I had a falafel sampler that cane with tabouleh salad. It all had great flavor and made me decide that I need to come back and try some more of their food! read more

As many times as I have passed his place, I hate to admit I never gave them a try. My apt was three blocks away so I have no excuse. For lunch I had the lamb gyro and a small drink which came to $9. They had coke products which was a plus. The gyro was average. I was hoping for more flavor and tenderness in the meat bit it was a pretty fair lunch. I was able to get in and out comfortably. The customer service was friendly and family oriented. Would I go there again .......*shrugs*. Maybe. read more

Went here with a friend for lunch. Had the gyros and a side of falafel. The food was OK. I've had better falafel for sure. The restaurant is need of updating and repairs. Ceiling tiles were damaged and no one had bothered to replace them. Restaurant is well patronized, nicely lit, and prices were reasonable. read more

It's rare that I will write a review about a place. But more people need to try this place. We tried the gyro, chicken shawarma, and baklava. Everything was excellent. I'd be hard pressed to say I've had a better shawarma elsewhere. Everything was fresh and cooked just right. I will be going back again for sure. read more

Manna Mediterranean Grill - Lentil soup, hummus, falafel, tabbouleh - Mediterranean Near Me - Evansville, Indiana

Stumbled onto Manna when lost in Evansville on the way to the Kentucky Derby. Had Beef Kafta with tabbouli and rice. Very tasty. I make tabbouli and (not that this is necessarily a compliment) Manna's was as close to mine as I have ever had. Girlfriend had chicken kabob and was not particularly impressed, but I am partial to Mediterranean food to begin with and she was being a good sport. They do have password-protected free wi-fi, which was quite handy while we figured out where we were. read more

Set - up as a fast food restaurant but with real plates, utensils and food. Served hot and yummy - salads are fresh and cold- just like good Mediterranean food should be. We ordered all 3 types of salad, lamb and chicken shawarma, kibby, grape leaves and falafel- all yummy. Clean restaurant and bathrooms. Friendly and efficient staff. read more

Ate there tonight. Over priced, underwhelming. May be a local flavor to the area but, after having eaten at, Greek Souvlaki, in Utah, Manna pales in every way possible. I must admit, they actually had meat on the plates but, it was very disappointing. Cleaning your own table keeps the overhead down but, bring the prices in a bit? Won't be returning. read more

This is a very good fast food joint for those of us that like ethnic food with lots of flavors. The items that we tried were all fresh, and made to order. We ate during lunch and we had a falafel sandwich and a chicken Shawarma sandwich both combos came with a side (fries, or hummus, or two falafel) and a drink, plus in the end we top it all with a baklava that we shared for dessert. We'll be back. Manna is specially recommended for those people who enjoy trying out non traditional fare. read more

$16.99 for the gyro plate. gyro came with 1 bread, a pile of meat and the sauce. no fixing. just that for both. the $3.50 Baklava was half a square...half a square for almost $4.00. The Gyro at Arby's is outdoing you and that's sad. Do better or stay closed. read more

Seriously the MOST consistently delicious, freshest, healthiest, and yummiest Arabi cuisine around! Very sweet family owned business with genuinely good-hearted helpful people working here. Everyone to whom I have recommended this restaurant absolutely loves Manna Grill and makes this place a weekly staple in their rotation of restaurants. Convenient location near the LLOYD Expwy situated close to both Newburgh and downtown Evansville. Delicious food, served fast. Small unassuming place but clean inside and plenty of seating for eat-in, which is what I did. Staff was friendly and helpful, and the food was ready quickly. I had the lamb shawarma plate with rice and greek salad, and a cup of hot tea. The portions were fine for the price, though the salad side could have been slightly bigger. The spicing does seem to be tailored for local clientele, but it was still plenty flavorful and had a good wholesome taste. Definitely recommended. read more
