I had a horrible experience with this company. My neighbor hired them to do leaf and Sweetgum ball…read moreremoval. This company brought a processing truck that appears to have violated the law as it processed the leaves and balls in residential areas. First and foremost, it created so much dust that you could not see through the dust cloud to the other side. But also, the workers did not bother to check to see if neighbors' windows were open before starting, and mine were. This truck was sitting about 10 feet from my open windows, producing an amount of air pollution that was in no way legally acceptable for a residential neighborhood, and a huge dust cloud from the organic matter that they were processing blew into my house, all over my belongings, on my cats, and my cats started sneezing and running around frantically. I literally had to do two days of emergency cleaning after they left (including hiring house cleaners). And that was just the inside of the house. Thank goodness I was home to get the cats to safety. It was so stressful. When I went outside to tell them to control their dust, the workers offered to clean my car for me, as if that would make it all better, which was just bizarre, and the least of my concerns in that moment. I had dust in my hair, in my mouth, all over my clothes, and in my ears and eyes, plus it was also all over the house and all over my belongings around the house. Further, the I'm certain that the noise exceeded the legal residential noise limit. Also, the workers trespassed all over my property , including my front porch, and left piles of leaves all over my plants, which would have likely killed them if not removed. I have pictures and video to prove all of this. I thought of calling the company and demanding that they come back to make everything right, but I really don't want a company that is this oblivious and careless anywhere near my house ever again, plus what they did was too problematic to imagine that they could realistically make amends. It was truly horrific. If this review is removed for any reason I will follow up with a BBB complaint and a formal complaint with the county. On a side note, what this company is doing at large is extremely environmentally damaging to Monarchs and other endangered species. If you don't know about leaf removal, google it.

If you are looking for a business to service your trees, Dubois Tree Service should be your choice…read morewithout a doubt. We have been using Dubois Tree Service for 20 years and we have never entertained the idea of using any other business and we have them out every year to help our trees stay healthy. We recently (Saturday, July 4th, 2026) had a microburst storm that literally destroyed 8 trees on our property. These trees were all about 40 years old from when we built the house. Dubois Tree Service was out on our property the following Tuesday at 8:00 with a full crew. They not only worked on our property, but also on several other properties that day. It took two days to totally clean our property, but they were out in our neighborhood six days in a row helping people with MAJOR storm damage. The quality, the professionalism, the commitment to making sure everything is done correctly, and pricing is second to none. The owner Jimmy was with the crew everyday and his wife Christine in the office kept us up to date while I am sure she was managing a hundred different calls as this again was a MAJOR storm. As you can tell by this post I cannot say enough good things about this company. If you ever want to hear more about this company from me, contact them directly, they will give you my phone number. Again, A-one in our book!

Edit: It was your company. If you would like to come back and clean it up that'd be great. And I'd update my three reviews left on various platforms. I wasn't even given the option to have all the debris cleaned up. Not even for more $ or anything. I told them I had no clue about the process and I guess instead of explaining they would leave all this stuff behind (which doesn't equate to the "removal" i requested) they just figured they saw someone they could get one over on. I thought they would just fill the hole but no it's a debris field. Very upsetting. We cleaned up some of it using contractor bags (and you can't even tell it's so much) and even the recycling guys who pick up yard waste said it was too heavy and they weren't going to take it anymore. Very disappointed in the service. Will not recommend.
