Once you arrive, you check in at the kiosk by scanning your ID and your insurance card and that's it! You have a seat in the waiting area and wait for them to call you in. I've been here a few times already and I was always seen at my appointment time. The lab technicians are all very nice, gentle, and quick. Another plus is they are great with children!! This location is apart of a very busy parking complex that can sometimes be chaotic. I suggest going early in the morning before the stores open up.

Not only did they refuse to test a sample I brought to them and claimed it's "not good enough" they…read morealso refused to do a lab test with the codes my doctor provided. They then tried calling my doctors office and claimed it was busy but when I called I reached someone immediately meaning the phone lines at this location just straight up don't work. I had to call on THEIR behalf to talk to my doctor who was unavailable and then they told me that they cannot keep my sample and told me to go home and come back with the codes another day while keeping a sensitive lab sample "sitting around" for 2-3 days??? It literally says 24 hours on your bag! Ridiculous. And don't even try calling here. You will never reach anyone, they block all outside calls and there's no reception. You just sign into a stupid ipad and hope the person who calls you is competent. On top of this, don't bother coming in without an appointment. They accept walkins, but you will be waiting a while.
