The bagels are small and not really worth the money...but I'm just use to big bagels from...everywhere else. My waist line thanks this location for that reason. This location is always out of certain bagels/ specialty bagels. Therefore I can't order the items I'd like to. I don't think it's due to popularity. The bagels/sandwiches look nothing like the pictures hanging around the shop. Very disappointing. The real issue is the owner needs to hire more people. There is always a wait because there is only one woman making the food. I think they also only have one cashier, who also has to make the drinks. I've seen people walk out after waiting and then having to wait for the cashier to stop and make drinks. I would suggest going to any other location. The other locations always have a good supply of bagels. The coffee stations have hotter coffee and even include flavored syrups. The other locations also bring your order to you if you are eating there. Not this location! I've tried it three times and it only gets worse. Absolutely love the vanilla nut coffee here and when you bring your own mug to refill its $1.29. That is awesome. The sandwich's are are good as I like most of them but they are way overpriced to me. I had avocado veg out today and it is $7.49 for it. Come on. It's a thin bagel with avocado spread,onion,lettuce and tomato. It is tasty but I only get it once in awhile. The worse 9 dollars I ever spent. I had a wrap. The wrap was cold. I asked for onions and tomatoes in the omelette. I noticed right away that a few workers were just standing around while some were cooking/filling online orders. This is just bad business. Manhattan Bagel had been teased for many months on the site of an old 7-11 which had closed close to two years ago. I arrived first thing in the morning on the day of their grand opening to be one of the first 100 folks to receive a coupon book for 52 free breakfast sandwiches. So I will be at Manhattan Bagel at least once a week over the course of the next year! The location looks gorgeous! Plenty of seating both with tables and without. This will be a nice alternative for me to sit down and do homework since they do have wi-fi. I ordered a ranchero wrap which was delicious. Only stopped in quickly to grab a latte and bagel. First impression- clean, organized, presentation of items for sale- drinks, fruit, etc -good. This is our favorite Manhattan Bagel. It's spacious, and the staff is friendly. The manager is really nice and welcoming. He always makes it a point to walk around and greet everybody. He said hi to our kids and this visit gave them each a chocolate chip cookie. Who doesn't love free cookies? Today we had a sausage egg and cheese on a sesame seed bagel, an egg and and cheese on a multigrain bagel, and scrambled eggs with hash browns. For our drinks we had a coffee and a freshly squeezed orange juice. Our order always comes out correct and the food is cooked just right. We also had a local flavor deal that gave us $10 off $20. If this place is local it is definitely worth a try for a quick breakfast or lunch. They were out of croissants so we weren't able to get the chicken salad on a croissant. Had the nova lox on a plain bagel and the turkey and cheddar sandwiches were both pretty good but nothing to write home about. It was understandable that since it was about 1 hour before closing the bread choices were more limited and not as fresh. Later on, we were given some desserts on the house which was nice of them. That made me want to give them 4 stars but I can't based on the fact that overall the food was just okay. Atmosphere is good and place was clean which was a plus. Less than 1 star. This place is garbage. Don't go here. Literally go anywhere else. I stopped ordering from this bagel shop about 2 years ago because my order was wrong every time. They don't answer the phone, and when they do they hang up on you because their job is too difficult and can't handle talking on the phone. I ordered off of Uber eats today from Manhattan bagel. I figured after 2 years maybe they got themselves together. I wasn't shocked to find that the ENTIRE order was wrong. Every meal, hash browns, EVERYTHING. Even the orange juice is wrong. How do you mess up a bottle of orange juice? When I called to correct the matter, they only said i can get a refund on a $2 hash brown. What kind of business is that? They don't give a sh!t. When this particular Manhattan Bagel first opened it was the place to go....but things have significantly gone down hill. I have tried several times, since the place reopened due to the Covid pandemic, but they have not be able to get my order correct once. Coffee bar, the cinnamon coffee is great. Bagel "package" deals with accoutrements. Catered orders can be delivered to your site. Lunch sandwiches are on the menu, too. Good parking. Convenient location. I made an order and had specific instructions. Didn't get 2 things out of 5 items AND also asked for no egg on a specific sandwich which was completely ignored.
