The place was ok. Nothing fancy. There is valet. Not sure about self serve parking. I made a reservation but there was no one there really around the time I went 630ish on a Saturday. The waitress was nice and all but not as attentive as one could be and doesn't give the personality of an individual that's around people. We had to ask for every refill, no napkins, etc. And the personality portion was just blah...take your order...here's your food...being the check. It's not like you went above and beyond but in some establishments that do automatic gratuity, I've seen the lack of. The food was 'meh'. The hummus had somewhat of an aftertaste unless it was the pita. Wasn't a fan. The rice was very bland and the chicken just okay. Tasted more of the char than seasoning or marinade. We both had kabobs and ended up with upset tummy's later when we left. The sodas were flat. We did have a hookah. It was decent. No coals were moved or changed. Don't know if there is a fee here for add to coals. We left shortly after receiving the food bc it was not that enjoyable. Others per reviews have had better times. Not sure if I'd be back. I'm a sticker for service and the only person who was super courteous was the valet guy...and in addition to the food and I wasn't a fan.

Lavraki - huge plate of food!

Had never been before but it had great Yelp reviews. A friend was in town and wanted Mediterranean food. I wouldn't say this is a traditional med/greek menu - in fact only a few dishes that would be on other Mediterranean menus. We got there and it was fairly empty. You are forced to valet and pay $5 for it. It's one reason it wasn't five stars. The other is that they serve Hookah all over the restaurant rather than just in one spot - so if the smells and smoke bother you, I'd avoid this restaurant. The portions are large - so don't over order! The hummus was very tasty. My lavraki dish was missing elevated taste. The asparagus was a bit mushy and the sprouts well cooked on the outside but the inside tough. The service was good which is always important.

First time I came here, the food, the atmosphere and the service was great! We went for a late lunch/early dinner and ended up ordering hookah and stayed until 10 pm LOL. A DJ came and started playing some GREAT music giving all the vibes. Anywho, the food: the FRUIT PLATE always hits so I always recommend that. The LAVRAKI (seabass) was great the first time we ordered it, but when we came back another time and ordered it, it was not good at all. Another item that is a hit or miss is the GRILLED OCTOPUS - sometimes cooked perfectly, sometimes overcooked. The inconsistency knocks off a star. Overall, when the food is good, the food is GREAT, but we enjoy the atmosphere the most. Will return.

I frequent Atlanta a lot and always pass by this spot because my friend lives nearby so I decided to stop there after a day of shopping by myself. I decided to sit in the patio area so I could get a hookah. I was pleasantly surprised to find out there was also a dj out there- they were playing some good music and set the vibes! I just got the Sheppard salad, a drink and the hookah. The salad was sooooo good- had great flavor! I sat there for like 2 hours listening to the music, and checking my emails. The waitress was very attentive and didn't mind me sitting there. She kept checking on me and made sure I didn't need anything. At one point the manager came over and offered me an order of their bread as well as a shot! He thanked me for coming in and was very kind! I recommend this spot to grab a quick bite, bring a date or go with a group!

Stopped by here after a movie outing. The person who recommended it said it was a good Turkish spot. Valet is $5 for your car to be parked in a lot behind the building. It's $20 to be parked in the front. On the weekend, after a certain time, it becomes a lounge type place, with security. We were able to be seated immediately. I ordered the watermelon salad, which surprisingly very good. IDK how, but it all works together. It's refreshing. Next, I ordered the shrimp casserole. Very good flavors! Served with rice. This was a hearty dish. However, I was disappointed with the size of the shrimp because the menu said Tiger shrimp. To end it I had the kanfa. omG! This is delicious and a must try! Our waitress was good. I will say another issue I had with them is that hookah can be ordered at any table and I didn't like that. Imagine you're trying to enjoy your meal and the person at the next table is blowing smoke your way. It was good to try and if you're in the area, you might like it.

Located on Roswell road in Sandy spring so it can get a little busy. The restaurant is right on the corner so it easy to get to. They have valet parking which can vary in price. Not too many street parking available so valet would be the best option. As soon as you walk in the bar is only like 2 feet away but the place is actually very spacious. There is a inside part of the restaurant and and outside covered area with TVs and a DJ. The drinks are good but not really strong at all and the food I would have to say is some of the best I've ever had. The hookah was decent but pricey. The bathrooms wait can be a bit long because there is only 2. Overall good vibes if you are in the area. I'll definitely be back.

This place was our selected spot for drinks hookah and dinner for a party of four The good - kabab portions are big, citrus mint and blue mist hookah was great, outdoor heated seating The not so good but ok - baba ghanoush, Istanbul rosso cocktail (light on alcohol), felafel The bad - hummus was mediocre at best, bread could be fresher. Music got too loud at one point. The second hookah citrus mint and guava did not taste like the flavors requested The ugly - valet is steep at 20$ for this part of town and they included gratuity at 20% for party of four.

Loved the vibe, calm Tuesday night. Hookah, 3 meals (one being the lamb chops), 4 cocktails and the total wasn't bad at all. There was a dj I believe or maybe not, but the music was jumping. I think there's a DJ other times. I really enjoyed my lamb chops omg and that rice was soooo good whew. They give you ALOT of food too. (Idk I didn't get a chance to do my food photography so the pics may not look like it but just trust me). My friends really enjoyed their food as well and they ALWAYS eat all of their food, they had to take the rest home, that's how much they give you! Their service was good as well, I have nothing to complain about. Valet in the actual lot $20, valet to the back $5

It was the vibe of this place that did it for me. Classy with good hookah. Food was descent but hookah was the best one in all of Atlanta. Customer service was wonderful too! The ladies were extremely friendly and helped my party when ever we called them. Definitely come here for the hookah!

The restaurant is easily accessible and very welcoming. We started with an arugula salad topped with roasted beets and walnuts, followed by stuffed grape leaves, falafel, and muhammarah dip. We also received bread and a dipping sauce with the order, which was fresh, warm, aromatic, and delicious. The entire meal was flavorful and satisfying. Spots I would rather recommend for a nice night out are Delbar, Rumi's, and Yalda. My friends and I tried the Muhammara Dip, the Feta Cheese Rolls (reminiscent of spanakopita but no spinach and in roll form), the Truva Dumplings, and the Iskender Kebab. The Iskender Kebab and the Muhammara were the best of the bunch, but overall I think I was expecting more punch from the spices and greater nuance in the flavors of each dish. The thing I honestly enjoyed most was the complimentary bread and sun-dried tomato dip, which has gotten a number of shoutouts of Yelp already. I would come back to this spot to get a handful of appetizers, eat that bread, and hang out for a few hours. It does seem like the restaurant needs more staffing. Everyone we saw was very kind, but it took a long time to get a server's attention whenever we needed something.

It wasn't packed but there were a couple of big tables already seated when we walked in. We never got the mangu and I had to find ways to distract myself since the food took a while to come. However, the servers were kind and apologized many times for the slowness. They even comped the extra rice for us. The ambiance was family friendly but I could see the place being a spot for adults to hang in the evening because there was open space. I think it would be a perfect venue for a small event. There was indoor and outdoor seating and we chose to sit outside as it was a beautiful night. We had amazing service, great food, in a really cute neighborhood. We were especially impressed with the staff, and we had a member come out more than once to check with one of the people dining with us who had food allergies to ensure that how they were offering the food would be safe for her. It was also impressive that this restaurant was so busy on a Monday night. There were three of us dining, and we didn't even order any of the meats, and there was plenty of food for us. From the Mazzes, we had the Omani Shrimp, which had a great dipping sauce and the Beet Carpaccio. (they were very accommodating and put the whipped feta on the side). For the Spreads, we did the hummus with mushroom, shisito and egg, which was amazing and the labneh with pickled fennel on the top. It's served with taftoun bread which I would describe as a mix of a cracker and pita with sesame on top. We also enjoyed a raw vegetable dish with radish and the most delicious apple slices. Their heirloom tomato salad was beautifully presented and plentiful. They had a flight of condiments and we were able to sample zhoug, spicy tahina and torshi, which was a mixture of pickled vegetables. We ended with a pistachio lava cake with the most delicious cardamon gelato. Overall, we had an amazing meal in their beautiful outdoor space, and we thought the food was really reasonably priced. There's something for everyone on this menu whether you're vegetarian, vegan or a meat eater.

We were greeted by smiles and a welcoming team at the host table and I quickly appreciated the Mediterranean charm of the restaurant -- I felt like I could have been in Rick's Cafe Americain or the Blue Parrot! The dim lighting offered a great blend of intimacy and privacy, while still letting me see the people at my table and the food! And the food! My goodness, the food! We had a wonderful sampling of shared appetizers. The hummus and Dill labneh were solid and would have been deemed more than worthy by my Lebanese grandmother! Olives were a revelation, and were done in a preparation that included pomegranate which paired really well with the brine of the olives! The star of the first round, however, was the whole cauliflower, roasted and spiced. Without reservation, I can say it is the most I have ever enjoyed cauliflower - and I shall return for it again! I was already full by the time my falafel arrived for my main course. Falafel was exactly as it was supposed to be, and it was good. I ate it all, and then, a la Violet Beauregard upon leaving the chocolate factory, had to be rolled out of the restaurant! Our server and his food runners were all gems! The manager also came by to chat with us a couple of times. Great people at Delbar!

The service has always been really great, and the owner is genuinely nice and always ready for a pleasant conversation. But sometimes the food comes out... average at best? I really only come here when I have the taste for mediterranean fare but don't feel like cooking it since it's so nearby. There are some things they do well. I like their baba ganoush, hummus, and beet salad. But other things are a bit lackluster and the meats can be a hit or miss. Sometimes it's dry, other times it's succulent. The pita is toasted, but you can surely tell it isn't made fresh. My husband is obsessed with wings and even he said the wings served here are a BIG no. Also cannot recommend the fries, as they've been notoriously dry and cold. Perhaps we should not have expected good wings given that it's primarily mediterranean fare lol. The parking situation is also abysmal. They share a really small lot and the individual spots are poorly marked. This place is off of Briarcliff and the traffic is notorious for being bad, so that makes coming and going that much harder in a lot that's already a little treacherous. When the parking lot is full, it is like playing 2-ton Tetris. I'll also note that the hours can sometimes be a suggestion, and they unexpectedly close earlier than indicated (but will leave a handwritten note). This place seems to be a local favorite. The prices are nice. I just wish it was more reliable with taste and quality.
