The machine we were delivered was missing parts (twice) needed replaced (took over a week) and now is not pouring cold water. No one answers phones, especially the delivery department. Over 2 months, we have had over 5 issues due to poor company structure. On top of that, we are receiving texts about overdue payments for our first two months when no bill was ever sent to our email on file. He is a very personable guy and you can tell he is a complete water nerd, and that is a HUGE compliment. The man clearly does something that he loves for work. His family heritage is in water business too going back to Wisconsin, anyone from there knows the last name immediately. Fast forward to yesterday morning. Dan comes out to do the install. As you can see in the picture, Dan had to get fancy with the piping because of the requirement to be able to access the fire sprinkler system in the garage. This dude was an absolute artist with his soldering skills. He's definitely a measure twice - cut once, type of guy. Just a master at his craft and nothing less. Additionally, Dan installed a RO system for drinking water under my kitchen sink. We had one but it was from 2007 and we mainly used it for coffee water and dog bowl water because it didn't really taste the best but was safe for consumption so this upgrade was very much needed. My wife got home from work to two cups of water on the dining room table, I didn't tell her which one was which. One was a cup of arrowhead spring mineral water and the other was fron the new system. She was able to tell which one was the new system HOWEVER she said it tasted great and not like the previous system. So now, going forward, we will no longer be buying arrowhead jugs and consuming micro plastics on the daily. Wrapping up: A solid 10 star if I could review of a company. Pricing was fair and customer service through the roof. Very happy they're local too. Highly Recommend.

I came in for a life vest I seen was available online. When I went to the front desk, I asked Jon about where I could find the life vest. He told me that they don't sell life vests in store. I showed him that the website says they have them in stock in this specific store. He told me the app is accurate not the website which is crazy that the website even offers that feature if it is not in fact accurate. He pulled up the app on his phone to see the same inventory that I had from the website. There is IN FACT life vests at this store. When I asked him again, where I could find them he pointed in the distance. Didn't walk me over, didn't try to help me find it, etc. Didn't see one associate on the floor to help. Thankfully after a long search I found the life vest on a random rack. I won't be coming back here again and don't recommend others to either. Only gave one star because they had the item i needed.

New tanks were finally installed on September 23. That evening after showering, I noticed brownish-green water came through our faucets.
