This is by far the worst organized company I have ever done business with. Avoid at all costs. We…read morehad multiple delivery issues to get set up in the first place. The machine we were delivered was missing parts (twice) needed replaced (took over a week) and now is not pouring cold water. No one answers phones, especially the delivery department. The customer service and ability to answer phone calls/follow up is absolutely abismal. I would love a supervisor to follow up with me directly. Over 2 months, we have had over 5 issues due to poor company structure. On top of that, we are receiving texts about overdue payments for our first two months when no bill was ever sent to our email on file. We were also promised a month free due to all of the issues we initially encountered with initial setup, but that seems to be forgotten as well :(
