Owner came out first time and sold us on that service. I hate trying to fill tank with heavy salt bag! They also do the water filter system for kitchen sink. Come out once a year and service it. That has been fine.

Only one phone call saying there would be a delay with the rest we were left to guess when we would get water. Families depend on this and you are contractually obligated to provide. Now we just sit around and hope it gets delivered the next day with zero usable water. Customer service: mostly a miss. Don't try to email. I sent 4 emails begging for a response because the first scheduled delivery didn't show up for almost 3 weeks. I finally got through with a call and lady was very helpful and apologized. This has been an ongoing issue and I need to find a way to get out this ridiculous contract.

We also got the reverse osmoses system under the kitchen sink to further clean the water. This was such an easy and smooth process. We put in the order with Brad, scheduled an appointment for installation and our installer was Maurice. These guys know what they are doing and they made it very easy for us. The set the expectations and we didn't have to do anything. It took us about a couple hours where we couldn't use the water but then all we had to do is flush out the air from the new system. It's the third day now and everything is working great. WHY WE CHANGED: Just got tired of increasing monthly rates and having to open the garage for the techs to switch out the tanks. Also the Pro Water system does filter out more than the water softener we had.
