To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally complain about an unacceptable experience I had today with Mana Poke regarding a lunch order I placed today for myself and two co-workers. I initially ordered three bowls online: two with salmon and one with chicken. A few minutes after placing the order on line, I received a call from Teresa advising they did not have any chicken. I therefore canceled that bowl and proceeded with the remaining two salmon bowls. Despite this adjustment being made promptly, my order arrived one hour late, which is completely unreasonable for a lunch order--especially when multiple people are involved and relying on timely service. Unfortunately, the issues did not end there. Upon receiving the order, both bowls were prepared incorrectly, containing the wrong ingredients in each bowl and missing items that were clearly specified in the order. At that point, the quality and accuracy of the service had failed entirely. I contacted the restaurant and spoke with a staff member named Teresa to address these issues. Her response was deeply disappointing. She repeatedly said "OK" in a dismissive manner, showed no concern or accountability, and made no effort to offer an apology, explanation, or any form of reconciliation. Her lack of professionalism and apparent indifference only compounded an already frustrating experience. Between the ingredient shortage, excessive delay, incorrect food preparation, and poor customer service, this experience fell far below any reasonable standard of service. I chose Mana Poke expecting reliability and quality and instead received the opposite. I am requesting that this matter be addressed promptly and that appropriate compensation be provided for the inconvenience and poor service experienced. I also strongly encourage management to review customer service expectations with staff, as this interaction was unacceptable. Given the issues outlined above, I will not be placing future orders with Mana Poke and believe prospective customers should exercise caution when ordering from Mana Poke. read more

This place is near the condo I live in and I was craving poke one day after work. And I treated myself to it, because obviously, I deserve it LOL. Anywho, I ordered ahead for pick up on their website. The price was a little above average for poke in my opinion, but hey, I don't cheap out when it comes to my raw fish (or else you'll pay for it one way or another LOL xD). The spot is on the side of 8th street, next to the Subway and CVS side. It's kind of hidden and the inside was very "chill" (wasn't busy at all the time I went, around 5PM or so) for a lack of a better word. Anyway, my order was ready quickly in about 10-15 minutes, so I walked from nearby to pick my order up. Picking it up was easy, they just asked for my name. I inspected my order before heading back. My order felt super light and not to my surprise, it was such a small bowl. Granted, I didn't try their signature bowls, I built my own. Regardless, it wasn't terrible, but it wasn't great either. Compared to my regular spot, I would definitely make the drive to go there (Coral Gables) instead. I really wish I could give this place a better rating and review, but it just wasn't doing it for me. My friend and I came across this establishment right before Pink's concert. It's a nice, cute, small spot right across from the arena - the perfect place to stop and grab a fresh poke bowl before a show. There are two sizes available with all the fixings. The staff were friendly and helpful in making your bowl precisely how you wanted it. We loved spending a fraction of what we would have paid at Kaseya Center for mediocre food. Seating is limited inside, but there are plenty of tables outside. read more

This poke would have been delicious until the poke was doused in sauce, which kind of ruined all the fish, watermelon, the whole dish. Wouldn't come back here but recommend you have the sauce ordered on the side so you can actually taste all the great flavors and ingredients they've got. read more

Nice hidden spot right across from the FTX Arena. Had the spicy salmon bowl and it was fresh and full of flavor! With ginger, pickled cucumber, scallions, masago, crispy garlic, wasabi peas and spicy mayo, you really can't go wrong! Needless to say but I'll say it anyways, it's was flipping delicious! The place was very clean and the staff is friendly and forthcoming. Looks brand new from what I can see, very modern look. Not the biggest establishment so I'd recommend grabbing it to go to not get caught up in any lunch rush. If you work in the area and need something delicious and fast, this is definitely the spot to hit up! Parking is definitely an issue here, as most of downtown is, so be cautious when coming to this location. Go check them out! read more

A small place. Inside is clean and there is a small table to sit if you want to dine in. Staff is friendly and really helpful. She gave me some ideas of popular choices. I got a spicy salmon bowl with some editing on toppings. The only thing stopping me from giving them 5 stars is the spicy salmon taste a little bit weird. The poke itself is not the reason I am giving 3 stars. The food is decent, but the two people working made the experience unpleasant. Me and a friend walked in and were not greeted, but instead, blatantly ignored. Both workers (a man--the owner/chef--and a woman) had a very uninterested demeanor towards us. It took them 5 minutes before they decided to help us. The way they were talking made me not want to eat anymore. :( read more

I love poke bowls and this is by far is my favorite. I had the Salmon poke bowl and added crispy garlic and eel sauce. The crunchiness from the shallots and garlic along with the added savoriness was superb. The portions were perfect too. All too many times there is too much rice or not enough protein or too little greens. And the pickled ginger. I never eat ginger, but it tasted exceptional. And it all tasted so Fresh! I really want to love this place because it's so close to my office and I always crave poke .. but something about this place is just didn't hit the spot . I tried them 3 times before I even write this review. Maybe they don't have a lot of traffic so they were keeping a lot of stuff in the back. My tuna was cut pretty bad (the white part i had to spit it out) the kimchee sauce was on everything.. so the whole poke bowl was just one dimensional to me. Tasted fine but bit overpriced for amount you get and lack of range of toppings that you would find at other places. Also wasnt impressed that when I went in, even though the area was deserted, most of the food was empty and the person building my bowl had to keep going into the back to fill up containers. There should be a list of toppings available for anyone who does want to build their own bowl. read more

I asked for ginger in both my bowls, there was none & I asked for extra ginger on the side they only gave me 1 for 2 bowls . I got delivery & it cost $45 for 2 bowls I was upset that that's all the ginger they gave me. Also I ordered spicy tuna bowls but the tuna came in thick chunks .. I have had spicy tuna many times I don't know if it's because I don't get out much but I didn't like the consistency if I knew it was gonna be like that I wouldn't of ordered it. It was like a chopped up salmon consistency but it was tuna. Didn't seem like spicy tuna to me it didn't even look like it had sauce was just bare tuna chunks. read more

This location has all fives- location, great price, experience and excellent fast service without compromising fresh flavor. The other day I was in downtown Miami and I was so hungry so I decided to check out a nearby place for food. I decided to check out Mana Poke and it turned out to be the best decision ever! I was greeted very warmly by Theresa. I was a little overwhelmed by all the good choices but she was able to help me and recommend the Lava Tuna Poke Bowl. The Lava consisted of brown rice and a spicy tuna blend topped off with pickled jalapeños, shaved onion spicy, wasabi peas, crunchy shallots and avocado. It was so delicious! It was the BEST Poke I had ever had! Please do yourself a favor and come check them out! I cannot wait to bring my friends here before a Heat game so we can have a decadent quick meal before watching a game. I highly recommend Mana Poke. read more

This place is under my building so I had to stop in. Service was great and they were very clean. The man who helped me took his time in making my bowl and was very patient while figured out I wanted it. I start with Spicy Salmon Crunch and built off of that. Overall great experience. The poke bowl was pretty good didn't pack a ton of flavor (because I didn't add everything I needed to), but still a very solid bite! Looking forward to building another bowl. Great food and well priced. The location is literally across the street from the American Airlines Arena. I had the Spicy Salmon Poké Bowl. The salmon was fresh and tasted really good. I had a base of arugula but rice options were also available. It was a good option to have a poke bowl for lunch instead of the usual sandwiches or grabbing a pizza. Fish is extremely fresh. The rice was also fresh and warm. So many other places serve cold rice that's stuck together. We both had lava tuna(not as spicy as it sounds) and we will probably have that every time. Luckily it's next door so we'll be there a lot. read more
