Not quite sure how I feel about In-N-Out fries after all these years, but a fresh hot batch of them eaten in-restaurant is definitely the way go vs. taking it home. Service is typical for In-N-Out, maybe a bit faster than usual, and the ambiance, despite being the same as any In-N-Out, doesn't seem quite as pleasant as some others. Still, they pretty much deliver what you expect, and that is definitely a tasty thing.

I had the tried the location on upper Greenville Ave so I was not averse. The first thing I want to say is how in the world do they get their chicken so juicy and tender? It is really something incredible. Do they brine the chicken? Is it injected with juices? The kid got the two fingers kids' meal and I got the three tender meal. The chicken for both of us was perfectly battered, fried perfectly, and juicy beyond words. Fries were crispy and tasty. I did not eat the piece of Texas toast so I can't comment. Service was fast and friendly. They gave the kid an extra toy so that made her happy. A nice touch that will be repaid for decades as she goes to Cane's on her own and takes her children someday. The restaurant was clean. The layout was similar to the one on Greenville but much better taken care of. The condiment station was full. The drink station was clean. The tables were clean. There was no trash on the tables or floor. Overall, a very pleasant experience. The only thing was the kid asked why are they called chicken fingers when chickens have no fingers, to which I had no answer.

I went on a Wednesday and they had a Wednesday lunch special including a regular cheesesteak sandwich, fries, and a drink for $9.99. I highly recommend the mustard blend sauce with your sandwich. I used to always get the tasty tortilla chips as a side but the fries were delicious. They are crispy, seasoned waffle fries. I saw they even offer sweet potato waffle fries. This recent visit has me craving Texadelphia again so I'll definitely be back!

No dry hockey puck pretending to be beef -- this burger handled business. We rolled in with a group of five and the staff was great. THAT is customer service. Why should a grown man be forced to choose between tots and rings? I have enough difficult decisions in my life. Finally, a restaurant tackling the issues that actually matter. Burger was great. Tots were great. Rings were great. Staff was great. As we were able to choose from both menus, we ordered the burrata appetizer and hangover brunch pizza from the social pie menu. The burrata was tasty but would be better with crusty bread. They also only give 3 crackers for a large ball of burrata which isn't nearly enough. The hangover pizza has chili oil, mozzarella, smoked brisket, bacon, pickled jalapeños, sunny side egg and avocado. I didn't see or taste much of any chili oil, a drizzle on top at the end would be nice. I think a drizzle of hot honey on top would be really nice as well. I also didn't get much jalapeño. A bit more would be nice. Overall the food was tasty but could be elevated a bit more to bring it over the edge. I also thought the avocado on the pizza would be better if it was cut on the short side and very thinly sliced. Would have made for a classier presentation and made it easier to have avocado in each bite.

BYO Burger ($10.99) + Bacon ($1.50) + Caramelized Onions ($0.50) + Fried Onion Ring ($0.50) + Bodacious BBQ + Goat Chips ($2.99) = $16.48: This burger was better than the Firebird. My only gripe was that the fried onion ring had a harder texture than I would have liked so biting through it wasn't the best experience. The real star of the meal though was the goat chips. Perfect texture, nice and crispy with seasoning that was chef's kiss. My husband was absolutely addicted and said it was Michelin level. Firebird ($12.99) + Fried Egg ($1.50) + Avocado Spread ($1) + Onions ($0.50) + Side Salad ($6.49) + Balsamic Vinaigrette = $22.23: The salad came with no bacon and was very plain tasting.
