Recently I had gotten a really bad pixie with undercut haircut at Great Clips (see photos). It was so bad that I thought I would have to shave my whole head. I called Roberto and was able to get a same-day appointment. He did a phenomenal job fixing the mess. He's very gifted in texturizing hair and blending it in for a smooth flow. My hair immediately felt lighter and looked way better after his corrections (see photos). I would highly recommend him to anyone wanting an expert haircut. As I am heading to the barbershop I get a text message about booking with another "open" barber at 4:07. He says he didn't know his book was open. You would think if you make a living off haircuts that would be your main priority is to keep you book on point. Sounds like someone just wanted to leave early on Friday. What a waste of time, this is very unprofessional. Worse yet I called the shop to see what the deal was and no one else would offer to help me. The guy even pretended not to know Noah. worst customer service ever. I have a photo shoot with my family tomorrow and now gotta take my chances waiting in line somewhere else. I would not recommend this shop to anyone. Get it together classic barbershop.

I…read moreonly visited once, an off day for the shop, when just two of their in-house barbers were around, and I waited a long, long time for a cut. In fact, no, here's how you should take this review: as useful. If you show up and the place is understaffed, ask them for an honest ETA. About one hour after I'd sat down to wait my turn -- no joke -- one of the barbers apologized, handed me change for the parking meter, and explained that, as a barber collective in the Old School tradition, if staff are a no-show, the whole shop suffers. Couple that with the customers who make appointments, and a guy like me, thinking he'll be next, may wait an exceptionally long while. In the end, I got a pretty good cut at a very fair price, I waited way too long, and as one reviewer states, I listened to plenty of Old School barber shop talk which, personally, is exactly what I like to hear when the clippers are buzzing.

Since he's grown his hair out and needs a fancy haircut now, the barbershop I usually take him to is not the place for this type of cut and style. Chris scheduled my son with Tommy. He did such a great job with my sons hair. He gave him a nice fade while keeping the top longer and styling it the way my son wanted it.
