It's not a problem as there's a laminated card counter that you order from. I asked for a 30-minute massage at a cost of $35.00 covering two areas. The female massage therapist was awesome! Very deep tissue massage. Even a bit painful, but it hurts so good. She followed a pattern on my neck, back, arms, and scalp. Very thorough. I believe they have privacy booths in the back for those who want a full body massage. Please check with the front desk counter when you arrive for clarification. The atmosphere was very calming. The lights are dimmed to provide a soothing atmosphere along with very quiet light music playing. My massage took place right behind the counter area in a massage chair. I was expecting a booth but considering it's just a neck and shoulder and back massage, it didn't really bother me to be upfront or others could see as they walk the mall. I will be going back possibly once a month as I enjoyed it and felt it was definitely worth the price. In fact, I left a hefty tip as I felt the massage therapist did a wonderful job.

We said okay. She then said you pay now, that should have been the first sign. I think the second sign was how dark the place is. You really cannot see a thing in there. They lady watched me undress, that was disturbing. She took me into this room and told me undress and just stood and watched. When I was done she told me underwear too. She stood there and watched that too. The lady that did my massage gave me one of the worst massages ever. She walked on my back and I could feel scratchy soles of her feet, in my mind I kept saying must be wearing stockings, please be wearing stockings. When that part of the massage finished it was so dark in the room I could not tell if she was wearing stockings, yuk!! She dug the heels of her feet into my back, that was not a good feeling. I arrived for my 9:00 a.m. appointment and was greeted by the hostess, who spoke very little English. She showed me to my room and instructed me to lie face down. A few minutes later, my massage therapist came in. Before she began, I explained that I was experiencing a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders and asked if she could focus on those areas. She replied, "Yeah." Unfortunately, the massage was not what I expected. It became clear to me that she did not seem to have the techniques I would expect from a licensed massage therapist. Much of the session felt like repetitive rubbing rather than purposeful therapeutic body work. Throughout the 105 minutes, she repeatedly left the room, which made it difficult to relax or enjoy the experience. The facility itself was clean, and she was pleasant and kind. However, I left feeling exactly the same as when I arrived, which was the most disappointing part after investing both the time and money in a two-hour massage. As I was leaving, she told me, "You already paid for your massage. You just have to tip me." I was caught off guard and asked, "Excuse me?" She used a translation app on her phone and repeated the same statement. I felt very uncomfortable and, although I tipped anyway, I left feeling pressured rather than appreciated. If you're looking for a relaxing spa experience or need therapeutic body work to address muscle tension, this may not be the right place for you.
