I have been to Natureland two times for couples massages. It is a very clean facility where you feel comfortable and relaxed. The massage itself was fantastic. We are not from Albuquerque and decided to go for a relaxing day where we found not only a great deal but one of the best massages we have ever had. read more

NaturalLand Spa has been my go to massage place for over two years. Kind service. Clean space. Very welcoming. But on my visit yesterday, I wanted a massage for my birthday. Turned out to be the worst, painful experience. My toes were curling up because of pressure. Elbows digging into my skin. Reminded her to go lightly twice. I've never felt so much soreness the next day. I've gotten many massages from naturalland spa but I will not be coming back. read more

Always a great massage. Call to make an appointment an hour before you plan on arriving.

The massage was good. The communication could use some work. I had bought my wife a gift certificate for a couples massage a while back. When I bought it, I noticed a sign that said they don't charge tax if you pay cash. I don't normally carry cash, so I put it on my card and paid a little more. I called last week and scheduled the massage for yesterday. When we arrived, they had scheduled another massage during our time and were one masseuse short. She said she had texted me to confirm the appointment and I never texted back. When she showed us the text, she had sent it to a wrong number. We sorted it out and agreed to come back in 30 minutes. Minor inconvenience, but not a big deal. When they started the massage, they asked if we wanted a regular massage or deep tissue. We both said regular was fine. Then they asked if we wanted essential oils or the regular oil. We said regular is fine. I thought we had that all settled, but apparently we had a miscommunication somewhere. My masseuse asked if the massage was ok or if I wanted it harder. I told her harder. She went really hard and I said something in the middle would be better. After that, she gave a very good massage. When it was time to pay, I gave her the certificate and I had brought $40 in cash to tip. She told me it was an extra $20 for deep tissue, which I thought we had declined. That put me in an awkward position of only having the cash I'd brought to tip. In hindsight, I could have put the tip on my card, but I was a little flustered and said the $40 included the tip. I could see they were disappointed, but by that point, I didn't know how to explain the situation. So I ended up looking like a cheapskate when that wasn't my intention. I wish they had been more clear about what counted as a regular massage and deep tissue so that we could have either stuck with regular or I could have been prepared for the price difference. That kind of spoiled an otherwise good experience. read more

Pleasantly surprised to find a "chinese massage" to not look like the typical chinatown foot reflexology rooms...This place actually looks like a spa with cleanliness and nice decorations. $45 for 60 minutes body massage to be put almost to tears and then the next day unable to tolerate the hydromassage beds at Planet Fitness? WORTH IT. This is medicine. Call ahead, tip more. read more

I have come to this place twice. The first time, I got the full body massage, and the second time I got the $20 foot massage. Both experiences have been incredibly relaxing. You leave this place feeling entirely relaxed and rejuvenated. I'll be honest, the first full body massage was super relaxing, but my only complaint was they only cover you with a bath towel and not a full sheet or blanket. I mean you only pay $45 for the full body massage, but I really would prefer to be covered by a larger piece of material for more privacy. The foot massage on the other hand is an absolute 10-star rating. The atmosphere is so peaceful. Upon entry into the little room they have you store your items in a plastic bin, and you lay down on this little massage table. First, they soak your feet in a little tub and as a great bonus they line it with a plastic bag (thank you for not making me put my feet in a tub with someone else's germs)! You get a super relaxing massage. They rub your head, shoulders, arms, hands, feet, and legs.... It's pretty much amazing. This will be the best $20 you have ever spent! You really get your money's worth here! The people are really nice and they even give you green tea after your massage! I really enjoy this place! It is a true gem! read more

Natureland Massage - Wonderful massage bed for a foot massage - Reflexology Near Me - Albuquerque, New Mexico

See all

I loved the massage! Great prices and kind staff! They took care of us and the hour flew.

Great affordable massages. They really work on getting those knots out. On time very efficient.

This place is a decent price for massage. I can say bring cash because if you pay with your debit card you will have to pay I think 10.00 more. I love how I got a same day appointment and was able to get in and out. Also hot rocks are included in your massage. I recommend this place. I will be going again. read more

So sometimes you need a day at the spa, with relaxing music and aromatherapy. Fluffy robes, and slippers, and cucumber water. This is not that place. If you are sore and tired and are ok without all of the amenities, this is your place. It is absolutely a Chinese massage parlor (no, not like that.) But more in the way that a small Asian lady will work your muscles over in ways you've never experienced. Ouch! But, like, ouch in the way you need. Hint of the day: do not have anywhere to go after. There is copious amounts of massage oil used and I had it in my hair the next day. But you don't leave like that, promise. After they are done, they wrap you in hot, moist towels. It was a pleasant surprise and helped with my circulation I'm sure. I left in a weird haze afterward and was sore the next two days, but man, those knots were gone. Oh - there is no handicapped access - it's on the second floor (above FedEx) and stairs are the only way in and out. read more

The massage is okay and the advertised price is good, but I am sick of being harrassed by their staff for an exorbitant tip everytime I go. They have a very tacky sign with different faces ranging from angry to happy. The frown face is next to 20% tip lmao. Get real. I could get a $45 massage and then tip them $10 as a courtesy but then they start getting aggressive and angry and say, "You didn't like your massage?!?" while pointing to their stupid tip sign. Someone needs to sit them down and explain how tipping works. If they want more money then they need to build it into the price for crying out loud. This tactic of demanding super high tips is turning people off and costing them regular business. I won't be back until they fix this issue. read more

OMG!!! Wish I could give zero stars. I thought we were going to be taken and sold as slaves. Went in with a friend for a foot massage and sooo glad we didn't get more where we would have to take any item of clothing off. The women were super snotty while we were trying to ask questions, they laid us down and put a cloth over our eyes, then started snapping pictures (flash was on- at least 6 pics were taken in a 30 minute period. I had a girl at first who kept rubbing one of my leg like she was putting lotion in it and playing with her phone. They switched out people on me for my back and she was a little better, but then when we paid one of the ladies told my friend Anna (who is also writing a post) that she didn't give her enough tip and she needed more money!!! We have gone to Oriental Health Spa a lot in the past and decided to try this place out- horrid idea. DO NOT GO HERE EVER read more

This was the worst and creepiest massage I have ever had. I could have given myself a better massage, Foot reflexology was a total joke. I went with my friend, and one of the girls kept taking pictures of us with her phone using the flash which she thought we couldn't see because we had towels over our eyes. I gave a seven dollar tip for a $30 an hour foot massage and they had the audacity to shame me into gIving more. If you are looking for a good foot massage go to Oriental health spa, if you're a creeper and you like to have your picture taken with your shoes off go to this place! If I could give negative stars I would! read more

Wonderful atmosphere! Relaxing and deep pressure to release stress. Very enjoyable. Highly recommend and the value is terrific

You really can't beat an hour long foot massage (really foot and bodywork massage) for $20. Insane price. Not the best massage I've ever had but for $20 I would go again. I wish they used scented oil or soapy water - something a bit more spa like. They just have warm water and I un unscented oil. No music either. read more

Very good foot massage and reasonably priced. Very clean. The only thing I'm not a fan of is the asking of tips and answering the phone while in the middle of a service. Minor things. Still received a great relaxing massage and they do earn a generous tip! read more

Hubby and I had a spontaneous day date and decided to get a massage. We were able to get same day appointments. I was appreciative that they had a dual table room. Unlike other spas we have been to, they didn't ask any questions beforehand regarding pressure preferences or concerns which I found a bit odd but the massage went well. It was definitely a medium pressure massage, if you prefer light pressure make sure to ask ahead of time. The hot rocks were great. My only recommendation would be scented oil options. Overall we were pleased given the same day appointment and affordability. Luckily we had cash so we avoided the additional charge for credit card payments. Worth every penny of $45 for 60 minutes. read more

Kelly and Angela were the best will definitely be ditching my old massage place and coming here! 10 outta 10!!!

Very good massage! If you've never had a Chinese massage, they are pretty intense compared to a regular Swedish. If you like a deep massage, this is a great place to go. I've been here a couple of times and had a good experience. Like another review said, they answer the phone during the massage and that is distracting...the sign for tips up front is a bit tacky and they charge extra for using a card. While there are some downfalls, the price can't be beat and they are almost always available on short notice. Overall, I would recommend this place to those looking for an intense massage. read more

Made an appointment for a 90 minute full body massage. The massage was excellent. The only thing they could have done different was the draping. It was very thick and hot but if you want a great massage please come here. read more

What a perfect local spot for walk in massages. I came in around 930am on a Monday for a 90 minute full body massage for $65. I was greeted and taken into a private room immediately. Lisa did an amazing job at loosening all the knots on my back (and there was ALOT) and listened to my requests for areas to focus on. It was a little cold in the room and they use a body towel to cover up but a sheet would have been nice. Lisa offered to get me another towel without me even asking because she could feel that I was a little chilly. I really appreciated the attentiveness, and how affordable this place was. I'll definitely be back. read more

The massage was great, prices very fair and was in a clean and comfortable location. I'd visit again when in the ABQ

Wow, what a great experience! I have had a severe lower back pain in last a few days, tried everything, pain killer, back exercise, thermal therapy, etc. After one hour of full body massage here, it goes away immediately. Lisa explained to me where are the important acute points while she was working on my back, apparently she is well trained and understands how it works. The price is very good, definitely worths the money! read more

If you are looking for a great DEEP tissue massage, go to Natureland and ask for David. He's awesome. And their prices are so affordable. 60-min Foot $20, 60-min Full Body w/hot stones = $45. They also do 90 and 120 minute massages too. I forgot to ask if they do couple massages, but I will definitely be putting regular massages into my monthly budget. read more

My daughter has had back issues for years. She plays softball for UNM. The girls at Natureland have worked wonders for her. They are amazing and very professional.. read more

This used to be my go to place. Obviously under new management and service was very very poor. I was Asked to pay cash only and my massage was $10 more than usual. On top of that she frowned at my tip that I gave and pointed to a sign which said what tips were expected. Sorry but a tip is given based off of service, not off of a demand . I will not return . Don't waste your time or money read more

Just went there today for some major lower back pain. I feel incredible, like 98% better incredible! This is my recommendation for anyone who needs some healing touch. Looking forward to my next visit, Thank you read more

This would be my first Yelp review, and this place deserves it. I came to Albuquerque to visit my friend and we decided to get a massage after a whole day of walking. We were very impressed with the quality of massages we received here. The masseurs were knowledgeable and accommodating to certain areas of my body that needed extra work. Customer service was excellent. Highly recommended! read more

I absolutely love this place! Now please keep in mind that Chinese foot massage is a very intense experience for some people. I hate massages where it feels like I paid someone to rub moisturizer on my skin, I just feel ripped off when that happens. Chinese foot massage is basically a deep tissue massage mixed with some reflexology at a crazy cheap price of $20. It lasts and hour and starts off with you laying face up fully clothed on a short massage bed with your feet in a bucket with hot water. The masseur then massages your scalp and hits some acupressure points on your face and scalp. Next they massage your arms and hands. They then spend what feels like 30 minutes on your feet, which is just heaven. The workers are professional, they don't talk to each other while you are getting your service. The place is new, well decorated, and super clean. At the end we normally tip $5 for our $20 foot massage. It is not expected and the workers don't make you feel obligated to give tip, which only makes you want to give them a tip. We will keep coming back. read more

Just love it. Really good massage (effective for my muscles as well as relaxing) and good environment.

This place is very nice and clean. They are very professional and well trained. I would recommend to buy the gift card and make appointment before you come. I would love to recommend my family and friends to come here and get a great massage. read more

Not for the delicate. This is a intense massage so don't look here for a relaxing body massage. It was a real work over. The masseuse put ever ounce of his strength into my massage. Every muscle I have is sore. I think I will go back for a foot massage next time. read more

This business needs a receptionist. Every time I come to get a massage here they always leave the room to answer phones or try to help incoming customers! After a few times of same incidents I asked them not to leave the room till they are done with my hour they became angry and disrespectful. I will never return here again. read more

Really nice set up, the atmosphere is actually like a spa, not the typical Asian massage places.

Great place, very professional! Very clean and peaceful. Have seen Amy 5 times, every time she does a great job, a 90 minute vacation. I will continue to go for a long time, not your typical Massage Spa, very nice. read more
