I had no idea this place even existed until my daughter booked massages for us at this little gem. It is a very clean and nice place. Our massage therapists were amazing (the two Brianna's) :) After waiting in a reception area for just a few minutes we were escorted through the building to a cute a little covered patio that led to the hot tubs and also to the building where we had out massages. It was perfect. Very quiet which is so important to me when receiving a massage. I was asked which areas were giving me problems and the massage therapist used some great techniques to relieve my pain. We did not soak in the hot tubs this time but we will definitely do so after our next massages. Great place!! read more

Does anyone else find it hard to treat themselves? Well Loves Healing Touch is the place to go if you're ready for some self care! My wife and I stopped in during a brief two night stay in Albuquerque and absolutely loved our experience. We worked with the team to customize an experience of a couples session consisting of 60min full body massages and added on 30min of reflexology each! If you purchase a service you can get a discount on soaking so we added two hours of soaking for a great price! The facility is lovely and they have a solar-heated hot tub, cold plunge, and sauna. I could have easily spent all day here! Not only were we pampered in exquisite fashion but the price was incredibly reasonable which I can assure you as I shopped around looking at several day spas in the area. We will absolutely be repeat clients at Loves Healing Touch and if I live din Albequerque I would have bought a membership that day, without a doubt. While visiting New Mexico for the first time, our friend offered a massage up as an engagement gift. While totally unnecessary, who turns down a free massage? The online system at Love's Healing Touch was incredibly easy to use and we booked all three appointments in just a couple of minutes with ease. The ability to do this online was a big plus for us--along with the other positive Yelp reviews, of course! Love and Sunbeam took good care of us, all of the massages were really top-notch. The facility was very comfortable, with water, coffee, and tea readily available. The chairs and couch were decent, though I would have liked somewhere to put my feet up, like an ottoman. The location doesn't have a shower area, either, which would be a good bonus. But those are minor quibbles, the experience was fantastic all around! read more

I made an appointment last minute but the owner was so sweet to accommodate me due to my stiff neck and muscles I had caused by a pillow.. The place was close by I didn't had difficult finding it.. I got greeted by Love and offered beverages while she set up the room for me. She made me feel comfortable and asked me for what my needs were..where I was hurting more and she took time massaging on those effected areas where I was hurting.. trust me I dozed off by her healing hands.. and my pain was gone in no time. I was a patron of this establishment for 11 years, but no longer. Love and Vanessa verbally accosted me! The masseuse tried to gouge me for more money for requesting to adjust the pressure--a common practice. They are an embarrassment to the body therapy profession and the local business community. I am never going back. Any reply from the owner is untrue and is yet another attempt to avoid accountability. read more

Friend of mine recommended this place and I'm so happy they did. I got the couples massage for my husband and I. Our massages were great, ended up falling asleep from now relaxed I was. My husband and I went together for a couples massage and it was such a great and relaxing experience. The massage felt great. The pressure was nice for me because I am sensitive to touch and she was gentle. I really enjoyed it. My husband also enjoyed his massage. After the massage we headed to the hot tub, steam room, and ended everything with a cold pool dunk. We felt so relaxed after. Personnel was super nice and helpful. It's easy to not get bad reviews. Accountability would have probably changed my review to at least a 4. I understand growth and change. Also, finding the right employees these days is super hard. The unprofessionalism and weird gaslighting the owner tried to use as a deflection of poor customer service is unfortunate. Sadly, this is a trend in the customer service industry right now. Also, my wife and myself work in the medical field. Definitely not upset about a mask mandate. Not sure if it was the way we were dressed (just got done snowboarding) or my wife being Hispanic. (She received most of the hostility) Whatever the reason it never gives anyone the right to treat someone poorly. Definitely a pretty woman moment. #bigmistake read more

Aaaaaaamazing! This is the second time I've come for a massage and Love's talent is unparalleled. I'm hooked, worth every penny. I used to occasionally go to that "other" day spa in the valley on Candelaria and while it was nice the vibe just wasn't there and there wasn't much consistency with massage therapists. As a nurse my body is pretty beat up from work but her magic hands are so soothing and relaxing, words cannot adequately describe. This is my favorite "me time" indulgence and the location is close to home which makes it even better. Don't miss out!! read more

Yeah, 2 hrs was $15 for military folks then $18 reg price and now it is $40 for the 2 hrs. Someone needs to look at taking some business classes. I live in Rio Rancho and it's $55 for a day pass in Santa Fe. Water, gas, and electric has not gone up that much in New Mexico. I believe that this increase will have an impact on customer response. COVID is not an excuse anymore the state has no restrictions. Spider webs on chairs, debris at the bottom of the tubs and ants running around while soaking along with the 125% rise in price is not relaxing. Very disappointed in new management. P.S. Let's say my visit started off rocky and ended up outstanding. I came in for a massage, and I was nearly turned away at the door due to a medical condition. The staff did admit me to the waiting room after the massage therapist reassured the staff that she was happy to treat me. While waiting, one of the owners came in to tell me they could not honor the massage because of my medical condition. I was in a lot of pain, and I broke down into tears as I called my husband to come pick me up. The owner came back and offered to lightly rub some oil on the painful area. The second owner then came in to do a more in depth evaluation of my pain area. She agreed to do a non-massage based therapy. It was magical. She relieved 90% of my pain! And she refunded me my massage cost. On top of everything, these two owners were incredibly kind and caring. I was embarrassed about my emotional letdown in front of people I did not know, but they were the epitome of gracious and loving. Thank you so much for taking care of me and bestowing thoughtful sweetness on a perfect stranger. I've been here over the years, and I look forward to coming back. read more

I visited from out of town and was looking for a place to get a massage that was walking distance from my hotel (Embassy Suites). It was a great experience! It was easy to book online and know exactly what the cost would be. It's a super cute and tranquil place with a waiting room, sauna, complimentary beverages, locker room, showers, and two small pools (hot and cold temperatures). My wife and I got into a minor disagreement with another customer about the heat of the sauna. The owner decided immediately that my wife was in the wrong and treated her very poorly! Without gathering information from both sides, the owner announced my wife wasn't welcome there anymore and proceeded to treat her very rudely. Love & Sunbeam are a phenomenal team who have saved me time and time again from being bed-ridden. Not only do they have peaceful & happy powers of relaxation, but they have powerfully effective healing skills as well that relieve burdens of chronic pain from injuries. I have had so many injuries in this life and have been paying the price for some of them for years and years. As I'm getting older these injuries tend to get louder and louder. Before Love's Healing Touch about 3 years ago, I had always been crooked for pictures and in general. They straightened me out by releasing & correcting the damage done by getting hit by a semi-truck & van when I was on a bicycle 15 years ago. I also got in a fight about 7 years ago and tore my ACL. Since my knee was unstable it would constantly slip out and with overuse it would rip out and cause me immense pain. I would arrive to Love & Sunbeam in crutches & leave walking with my life handed back to me. Yet again, I arrived in crutches as a result of plantar fasciitis that had gotten so bad I couldn't put any pressure on my foot.
